Got a double cheeseburger. It was charbroiled alright… overly so! The cheese was not melted but it tasted decent. Still $20 for only two burgers. I’d rather spend more money elsewhere and get a great burger. Drive thru has a dirty vibe. Very narrow. I drive a 3500.

I truly never leave reviews unless they are positive in nature, because I am a big believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt on their bad days, but I couldn’t go without leaving this review. I am truly saddened to say that this afternoon, I received the most rude service I have ever received in my entire life on such a sensitive and hard day. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted kindly with a “hey welcome to Dairy Queen, order whenever you’re ready” I said thank you and proceeded to order a chocolate dipped cone for my son who just had surgery this morning and requested Dairy Queen as soon as he was feeling better and ready to eat. After ordering the cone, the woman responded, very rudely, “what size?” I responded, “oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t realize there were different sized cones, I’ll get a small. And can I get it upside down in a cup, please?” She responded, “you want a vanilla and chocolate dipped cone upside down in cups?” I said, “not a plain vanilla, just the chocolate dipped please.” I thought maybe she interpreted that I asked for a vanilla and a chocolate dipped, because that’s how she spoke it back to me. She responded in the most disgusting tone, “uhh, that’s what I JUST said.” In shock, I just said “okay.” And as I was about to order something for my daughter, she cut me off by continuing in her nasty tone “pull up for your total.” Instead of continuing to interact with this person, I decided to just pull up and pay for the cone and go elsewhere for ice cream for the rest of my family. I pulled forward, paid for the cone, and then drove over to Wendy’s where I was met with amazing service and ordered ice cream for the rest of my family.
Positive attitudes and kindness go a LONG way in the service industry. I can understand miscommunication can be frustrating, but the tone of our voice and the way we communicate has the power to change the course of someone’s whole day in a positive or negative manner. Our interactions with people, matter. After such a long stressful day with my 6 year old son having surgery, and all he wanted was Dairy Queen, and then to be met with such rudeness and such a negative experience, made me sick to my stomach. You never know what anyone is going through. You should always choose kindness. I hope that person sees this and changes how they speak to people coming through their drive thru. I will never return to this Dairy Queen location again.

Nickel and dime for everything. A cup of ice was 55 cents... You get one dipping sauce with your chicken tender kids meal... Any extra is 89 cents. Just ridiculous. Two kids meals and an ice cream Sundae were almost $30!!! I could go to a nice sit down restaurant and get two kids meals and a sundae for less than that. It's a shame how greedy they are.

I always get a frozen hot chocolate when I go to DQ. However this time it was very weak in the amount of chocolate used and for the price I paid for it the chocolate flavor should have slapped me in my face.

Not sure what’s going on at this location exactly tonight…8:30pm (they close at 9:30) we’re told all the grills are off and they can only do ice cream, fries & chicken..okay cool that’s fine. Then we wait for a god awful long time in line while there’s only 1 car ahead of us..they drove off we didn’t even see anyone hang them anything. Then there’s 2 girls fooling around and barely notice we’re at the window. One notices us and cashes us out and hands us our food immediately from the counter as if it’s been there waiting for as long as we were in line since the person in front if us drove off. We get home not even 10 minutes away and our food is wrong and COLD. I’m talking the fries weren’t just soggy from a quick drive home, they were actually cold as if never fully cooked to begin with. They were also supposed to be large fries and we got small. We asked for a large Mountain Dew no ice, got a large Dr Pepper with ice. We also got the new Cake batter cookie dough blizzard and I took two bites and tossed it cause it tastes sour and I really hope I don’t get sick. $35 spent and for nothing to be edible…I’ve worked as a restaurant manager for the past 9 years, this is unacceptable from even a chain restaurant. With prices skyrocketing we need to do better. The girls working tonight need a supervisor on or re-training. Hair loose around food, laughing and joking around in front of customers, food mistakes etc.
UPDATE: Next morning and I’m sick. Definitely food poisoning from either the uncooked fries or sour ice cream. Or both. Only took 2 bites of each.

Cheese cards were nice and hot, so didn't mind waiting couple minutes for them to cook. But they tried to give me our sundae 1st, knowing its a to-go order and there was a couple mins before the cheese cards were done. It was half way melted by the time the guy came back to the counter to hand us our blizzards. So j asked to please have a new sundae after we got the cheese curds so it would make the whole trip home. And with all the toppings this time that was paid for. The fella was nice enough to do it and not be ugly about it. So it worked out. Just was very frustrating he really thought that whole thing was OK.

I went here with besties we got 9 dollar meal deals. at first, the man at the counter was not listening properly and kept getting our order wrong, not enough sauce on my sundae, my friends had to go and get more because there was literally like nothing, and the lady that put more, was talking down on us like we were children, bad experience
editing: chicken strips the size of my left pinky toe
editing again: they charged almost 3 dollars for a little thing of ranch and a little thing of barbecue sauce, do better
another edit: no hairnets in sight
