I went here with besties we got 9 dollar meal deals. at first, the man at the counter was not listening properly and kept getting our order wrong, not enough sauce on my sundae, my friends had to go and get more because there was literally like nothing, and the lady that put more, was talking down on us like we were children, bad experience

I ordered a hot fudge sundae with only a little bit of fudge. It was like I ordered vanilla ice cream with a small side of fudge. My friends got 4 chicken strips in their basket. When I looked I have a chicken strip that’s looks like a mini popcorn chicken.

We went to the drive-through to get us a nice treat. I ordered a medium size banana split blizzard, and asked for hot fudge and peanuts. The guy at the drive-through said that was gonna cost extra, but I had mentioned I thought, hot fudge and peanuts already go on a banana split blizzard. He said it was gonna cost extra so we were OK with it. Then he said it was adding to be extra hot for an extra peanuts and I was OK with that. Come to find out when we left the drive-through there was no peanuts or hot fudge whatsoever not even a trace of it. When we got to our destination, we were able to make a phone call to Dairy Queen. The lady that handed me the blizzard is the one that answered and we told her what our problem was. She told us if we wanted a full refund we would have to go back and return the blizzard. I had already started eating the blizzard, that’s how I found out there was no hot fudge and no peanuts. I felt uncomfortable bringing back a blizzard that I was already eating, while fully expecting my extra toppings that we had to pay extra for. Me and my family spent a lot of money there and there was not a lot of people there when we had showed up at this time so I don’t understand what the confusion was when they clearly made us pay extra for things that we didn’t get. We were already at our destination and we’re on a time limit so that’s why we did not go back to try to return a blizzard.

25$ order, I don’t normally check my food at the counter because it takes up time and my orders are so simple anyone with half a brain can’t mess it up. Got home after a 20 minute drive and they forgot my fries, my sauce, and gave me a pitiful little piece of bread. Always check your food at the window.

Went with family, service was good. Got an oreo blizzard. They performed the cup flip trick. The dairy in the blizzard tasted spoiled. Instead of a cookie and cream treat it was a sour cream dud
Went here for a quick breakfast. They'd just opened. Lady with long red hair in a ponytail who worked there unlocked the door and went in as we were walking in behind here and dropped it closed in our face.

I walked in yesterday to get a blizzard and out walks this lady who tells the manager to get real american and not people from India or Pakistan. The manager did really will handling this Karen. What a rude person I hope the people inside the store will come back. We are all people and have the right to work any were they are american has much has you and I.
