Stopped by energy island and honestly was impressed. The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and actually tasted like real fruit instead of syrup in a cup. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the place was clean with a great vibe. Definitely one of those spots you end up coming back to. Highly recommend!

The drinks are ok but don't accidentally leave anything at the counter, because when you notice and try to call and ask, they don't answer their phone.

I come here a lot because I love their smoothies, but after what happened to me today makes me never want to come back again. I got there at 6:20pm I seen they had a sign up that said “no one is here right now” so I went to winco and grabbed a couple things came back at 6:40 and they were still not there so I sat and waited. The guy came back at 6:52 and started closing the store in front of me. I said excuse me are you closed? He said yes I said it’s not even 7pm I been waiting out here for half an hour can you please make me a smoothie. He said “talk to the mall, I had to go get peanut butter I’m closing I don’t know what to tell you” idk where he went to get peanut butter but he was gone for so long and not only that he was so rude. I always had good encounters with who I believe is the owner but this young man who was working there today was super rude and unprofessional. He also did not want to give me his name

As much as I love their smoothies if they are going to put a sign up that says be back soon they should be back before closing, we got there at 6:15 and the mall closes at 7, we stayed until 7:10 and they still weren’t back but in that time we could see someone in the back and even called out to let them know we were there but still no one came out. If they gonna leave an hour before closing and not come back they should change their business hours.

love this place, i always get a smoothie to treat myself and it’s always a good smoothie. the orange creamsicle one is so good i wish i had a bigger stomach to drink like 14 of them. the person working there is always really nice and patient too, sometimes the customers ahead of me are a pain in the ass

I ordered a hot chocolate this morning because I wanted something warm to drink while shopping and halfway through my drink there was something solid while drinking it. I thought it was some sort of tea leaf or something that accidentally got in the hot chocolate mix, but I spit it out & it was a cockroach. I don’t have any pictures since I was shopping at Winco when I took that sip & threw it into the garbage right away. I’m just hoping I don’t get sick from it because I’m currently pregnant.

Tried this place for the first time today. Great customer service and amazing smoothie! Berrylicious is amazing! A must try if your walking around the Kitsap mall. I'll definitely be back!

I got a smoothie for lunch while on a road trip and it was so good! I was so happy they have a vegan protein option to add to the smoothie! I got and highly recommend my custom smoothie: strawberry banana smoothie with peanut butter, vegan vanilla protein, and spinach! Wish there was one closer to where I live!

Vegetarian options: Also they have vegan vanilla protein to add to your smoothie!
