I love this place! The only thing that would ever make me leave less than a 5 star review is that it might reduce my chances for getting a table!. It's cozy and has a huge personality! If you like absolutely over the top, perfectly cooked steak and personal service, this is the place! Each participant in the restaurant, from the chef, to the wait staff, to the bartender, are colorful individuals that contribute to the atmosphere. My wife and I decided to have a special anniversary this year and made reservations with FAFO Kitchen on the Saturday following our anniversary to celebrate.
The staff was cordial and professional. They had a bartender and the sous chef with us that evening. Apparently the owner, and chef, was taking a much needed vacation.

FAFO Kitchen in Silverdale is a cozy place with a huge personality. The food is amazing, and the passion is visible through the experience. The service is superb and friendly, with colorful individuals contributing to the atmosphere. It is an edgie in a great way, a place to be well fed and appreciated. The intimate space offers a special dining experience.
The menu features perfectly cooked steak, including a plump tomahawk steak that is caramelized and crispy on the outer rim while keeping the interior medium rare. The Antipasto platter with perfectly cooked steak filet, brie dip, grilled apples and roasted cherry toms is perfectly prepared. The Potatoes Pave is a delightful calorie bomb. The scallops topped with caviar and sage are delectable. The creme brulee comes with a twist, where guests caramelize their own top with a small butane torch. The old fashioned is arguably the best. Good cocktails are also available, and the bartender does his own infusions.
The staff is cordial and professional. The atmosphere is beautiful, making it a great spot for a special anniversary or a Saturday Date Night dinner. It is the most intimate dining experience, and the food is the best meal in Kitsap County. Guests are encouraged to come here and feel the love that they have for food and people.
