Didn't catch his name but tonight [27JAN2025] at 8pm-ish the guy working the cash register had the best customer service I've had recently. He had a beard, glasses, 5ft7ish and stocky. Good dude great attitude.

Every time I've ordered here, the food is delicious, consistent, and accurate. They have a feature on your phone which lets you tell them when you're on your way, so when you pick up your order the fries are nice and hot. The staff are always super nice to my boyfriend and make the experience overall worth it.

Not the best experience... I ordered online the afternoon of 11/17/24, the staff seemed annoyed and overworked. My burger was fine, exactly what I ordered. However the fries were abysmal. I got the cajun fries and I think they took the owners words too seriously when he said ″if the customers don't complain it's too much, it's not enough″. It wasn't the volume of fries but the seasoning. I have worked in kitchens so I can tell they put a ″revenge″ amount of seasoning on them. $7 for completely inedible fries. Then the girl working the counter actually *threw* the bag on the counter as if it was my fault for supporting this business and how dare me for ensuring she gets a paycheck. I won't be coming back here after that experience.
Dietary restrictions: Do not get the Cajun fries if you don't want eight million milligrams of sodium.

Great burgers. Make sure you get all the toppings minus any condiments! There is a guy with a big voice and he greets with a huge hello when you walk in --- please don't stop doing that! Really makes guests feel welcome and cheer up a little.

The restraunt is so neat and clean, The food are nicely and organizedly served. The energy you get from 5 Guys when you walk in is just so hyped up I enjoyed food from 5 Guys so much, it's expensive but worth paying for??
