Was in the area and found this Happy Lemon location!

I ordered:
strawberry green tea with boba (sub lychee jelly for boba) $7.50

Definitely on the pricier side for boba...but I was very surprised the boba was cooked well. A lot of Happy Lemons in the bay area have quality control issues.

Staff was quick. Nice ambiance inside and some seating.

Easy parking in the area.

I came by Happy Lemon today and was helped by a girl with dark brown hair wearing an apron. She was super friendly and really nice. My drink came out perfect and she made the whole experience better. Thank you for the great service!

Not really a sweet drink kinda guy but the waffles are great and my daughter loves the green tea with boba. The girls at the front are always helpful and friendly even when super busy.
