Mixed bag. Service feom Kristen was friendly and attentive. Music was poorly matched for early morning dining (it was more in the style of Night Out at the Club music). Food was what you'd expect from a nationwide breakfast-all-day spot.Denny's in Poulsbo (formerly Elmer's) seems to have gotten things right better than IHOP has.
Great size of menu. The food seems to be prepared well and reasonably quickly. We've come here often enough that they should recognize us but they don't. I'd say in general the service team is rushed and transactional, but that said they serve a lot of tables. Most of the time on the weekend mornings there is a wait. They reliably work through the line but it's always a lot of people bunched up in a small space. While the food is good and the service isn't bad the experience altogether...read full review

The over all experience was okay. Food was good. They were super short staff so I believe they were doing the best they could. Wait was long to be seated and get food or our check. But we expected it since they immediately apologized for being short staff when they sat us at a table. Id come back.
