Good morning all, Today's review will be on Jimmy John's in Silverdale. I went here for lunch the other day with my co-worker and to be honest, I have never eaten at a Jimmy John's before. There were seven or eight employees behind the counter all connecting very nicely, talking, working and the place was very clean. I had a chicken Caesar wrap and it was delicious! I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

SO SLOW AND INCOMPETENT! we waited on a Saturday at lunchtime for no joke over 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us, and more than 4 minutes at the window for them to grab a pickle to complete the order. Good god, never again!

Kickin’ Chicken wrap is delicious, but at a price. I write this now at 3:26am as a warning: this chicken wrap earned it’s name when it kicked open my ileocecal like a SWAT team at a COD streamer’s apartment, waltzed into my sigmoid singing Italian opera, and started tearing down the wallpaper like Chip and Joanna. The Kickin’ Chicken wrap made the executive decision that I no longer needed a colon lining despite my protest, but game recognize game it’s still a S-tier sando. Would eat again.

Used to really like Jimmy John's. Realize, prices and quantity of meat, etc. went down in this economy...But recently, I get sandwiches with not much meat, etc. AND prices keep going up! Heard Jimmy John's sold...??? Maybe, that's the problem. Gonna take a big break from JJ's.
I was greeted right away at the drive thru. I jot my sandwiches Freaky Fast as promised. We got the Bootlegger #14.. I miss the sprouts but it was still delicious!

The staff makes the sandwich they want, not what you ask for. Then blame the customer for the mistakes. After 3 tries trying to get the sandwich I asked for and then not getting it right. (Not a complicated order, extra pickles cut in thirds) They could or would not get it right then when asked for a refund because it wasn't what I asked for x3 they tried to blame me. Everyone has bad days, don't blame not listening on the customer.

Tell me why they’re closing TWO hours early on a Friday night? Going in at (not even) 8 p.m. when it’s stated that the store doesn’t close until 10.. we walk in to chairs on top of tables, oven OFF, floors being mopped and sandwich ingredients being put away. We weren’t even offered a warm sandwich which we are usually asked. Disappointed in no signage stating an earlier closing time, and no communication from staff of an earlier closing time. I definitely hope these employees get talked to about this behavior- coming from someone currently working in the food industry this is highly unprofessional.

Customer service is horrible I went though the drive through and the lady on the other side didn’t say anything except “welcome to jimmy John’s” and k to everything and seemed irritated even though I just ordered one combo lol. Got to the window the person didn’t even look at me once just took my card and handed me my things with no words no smile nothing….at least try to make your customers feel semi welcome. Definitely not coming to this location anymore.
