The employees seem overwhelmed because it is so extremely busy there all the time. Rarely do I go in there and there isn't a room full of people waiting to eat in, pick up, or dashers waiting. The atmosphere depends mostly on the unhappy people waiting, so if your reading this review people, bring it back to the old school and visit with other people that are waiting with you and be super friendly to the staff, make them smile and feel appreciated that they are working hard...

It was chilly in Silverdale, so I went to KFC for a little comfort food. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and caring, the food fast and fresh and the price was right. In fact it was one of the most enjoyable trips to KFC ever. The dining room was very clean. I left fully satisfied and will consider this one of my “go to” places when I am in Silverdale.
