Shitty service. Understaffed. Average time to get food with order ahead is over an hour. And these clowns think they can operate a drive through. lol

Ordered via the app for dine in and it estimated a 20 minute wait for my food, As the time crept close and closer I could see they had not even started my food yet. I got up to check the board and there are still 10 orders ahead of me after now waiting for half an hour. The dining area is dirty and crowded, no one is cleaning tables. There are no lids that fit the drink cups out, and the hot coffee is all ice cold. Won’t return to this location and will be canceling my Panera membership.

Food was cold. Bread wasn’t warm. I ordered soup and a hot sandwich everything was cold barely even warm. Service was quick the food was terrible.i will say though the breads flavor is great, and the pastries are delicious.

I was not feeling well and soup is what was called for to hopefully settle my stomach. I ordered potato soup and a 1/2 steak sandwich with a LG pop
1st.. 8 oz is a cup, not a bowl!
2nd... there isn't a cup of soup or a half of sandwich that should be worth $32!
You should be ashamed of yourselves!
Look into the history of soup and a sandwich!
This was the 1st time and the last time I will ever stop at 1 of your stores! I left your drive thru without spending a dime. Thankfully I was in my truck so I was able to leave the trap.

Took over 30 minutes to get my order for dine in. Person checking orders couldn’t figure out how to get the cookie that was on the ticket and pretty much said oh well figure out how to get it. Why is she even there if she’s the once checking orders and can’t even fix them to make sure they match the ticket? The drive thru person happened to come to the front counter while I tried to get additional help and resolved the issue. Portions are also very small for the price. For $15 for half a sandwich a cup of soup. Ouch.

Waited a long time for a bagel then it wasn't toasted as ordered. After waiting 20 minutes for it I took it home to toast!! Will not come back

We’ve been going to this location for years. Mainly ordering take out. Consistently they’re slow and late with our orders. Yesterday we went and my wife ordered on the app and hour ahead of time knowing they’d be slow. Even so, they still took 20 minutes longer than the scheduled time. My wife placed two orders because she had separate deals. One she ordered to go through the drive thru, and I guess the other was meant to be picked up inside. When we got to the window we were given our first order and we mentioned we had another order. It took them a minute to find it and the employee gave us a passive aggressive “next time you will have to come in for this”. Really? Did it trouble you that much to walk an extra 5’ to grab our bag? I understand it was labeled differently, but customer service is your main objective.

We get home and eat and the salad had hardly any lettuce, mainly sides and was over soaked with dressing.

My wife also wrote a review via her receipt code and received an email from the manager deflecting blame and not willing to compensate with anything. Obviously this location couldn’t be bothered because they don’t even read these google reviews. Regardless, we won’t be back to this location.

This place always gets my order wrong. Requested no tomatoes on my sandwich and what did they do? They added tomatoes. Asked for extra pickles and what did I get? I got no pickles and I tipped them on the app. I used to visit this restaurant almost everyday but now it’s maybe once a month. They need to do better.
