Sometimes i forget i found a rock in my soup here one and it was just once. I was so confused, my tooth almost cracked. So don’t bite your soup too hard. Also corporate how does that happen?? Love this place tho.

Spur of the moment choice for lunch spots. It had probably been a few years since we had Panera. I'm glad we decided to eat there. Huge grilled cheese and of course that bowl of tomato soup yummy yummy

Unsanitary practice......I witnessed an employee wipe down tables and chairs with the same wipes this afternoon. I mentioned to him that he shouldn't use the same wipe on the chairs and then on the table top. He had a very short response back to me saying he knew what he doing and he planned to come back and wipe them down again. My mother and I left about 25 minutes later and none of those tables had been wiped again. Just gross and I'm sure the health department wouldn't approve of this unsanitary practice. This was the second time I witnessed this practice so that makes me think it happens often. Absolutely Gross

Dirty bathroom and they no longer bring your food to your table but right there when you go to pay is the word TIP. I went there because of the service I used to get. The service is gone and now is my business to this place

I ordered breakfast. Was not ready when i got there. I waited 7 minutes longer than what I was told in the email confirmation. I have no problems waiting but then my Steak and Wake. Had no steak! What did i wait for? I was gonna do a long hike and this breakfast was much needed. My 1st time to a Panera Bread and not a good experience. Pretty disappointing.
