Service is good, food good though sweet potato fries would make it even better.

Today was probably the worst day ever in 20+ years of going to this restaurant. I ordered a small cesaer salad with chicken. Ethan was the one behind the bar. I was asked if I wanted my usual Ridge Top Red to which I replied yes. Never offered a menu, Ethan just walked away and got a beer for me. He eventually came back and asked if I wanted something to eat, still no menu offered. Instead of inputting my order at that time he went back to making drinks and pouring beers. I finished my beer, still no salad. I asked Ethan to cash me out, I didn’t want to wait any longer. He declared that it had only been 17 minutes and then proceeded to give me an ear full.

Spent $200. I had the panko cod dinner. Really bad. Fish was so dry i had to dunk it in lots of sauce just to eat it. I gave up after the second piece. My Gson had pizza. There was a piece of wood stuck 2 inches long in the first slice. Thank the lord he didn't get hurt. Found a hair stuck on the crust.

We went here with family members for my husband's 77th birthday celebration on Friday evening. I called a day ahead and made reservations. The reservations were confirmed. I arrived and checked in 10 minutes early. My family came at 7:00, right on time. I was told at the front desk they were getting our booth ready. My husband saw them clearing and preparing the booth we had asked for. About 25 minutes after I first arrived, we were told it was going to be over an hour wait. The girl looked shocked when I told her I was already checked in for our reservation. We were then told that they had no booth for us on the first floor, and the booths were just "freshly sat". That meant they took people with no reservation, and sat them before us. She said we could climb the steep stairs and go up to the second floor. We said we couldn't. She said "You should have told us when you made the reservation". I said you should have put the people with no reservation up there on the second floor, and honored our reservation. I felt like she was telling me it was my fault that they couldn't seat us. So we left. I'd call that non-communication between staff, and very poor customer service.

Not sure where you get your chicken from, but I will find out and bring it to the media. It’s obviously fake or extremely modified in some way. It was absolutely disgusting. There is no way a “chicken thigh” can be bigger than a breast. We will never be going back there again.

Food quality is tragically decreased over the years. Not to mention you could eat at a seafood restaurant for this price. If you're gonna charge me a hundred dollars to feed two people, you might as well fill up my tank too.

I’m so sad to write this review as this used to be one of our favorite places to go when our mother was alive. We were hoping to keep those memories by returning when possible. We drove from Gig Harbor to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday dinner here on 4/1 When we arrived we were greeted by a sweet man with glasses who said happy birthday to our girl and hyped up the birthday sundae. We were seated in a tight area, a booth with a chair at the end instead of upstairs like we were told. Our server, a big man with silvery slicked back hair and a kind of Boston accent, was aggressive in communicating. He was in no way kind or welcoming. He didn’t even recognize our daughter’s birthday, who was wearing a birthday crown. Our meals were “okay”. But at the end of our meal we waited for the birthday sundae. It never came. I went to the host station and asked about it and the response was almost as if I was inconveniencing them. They told our server who then came back and said, “was there something you needed?” It was really awkward and we felt again, like an inconvenience. We told him the situation, that we thought we would get a birthday sundae for our girl and he said “oh, that’s an arbitrary thing…you have to tell me that you want it” in a rude and condescending way. This server ruined our daughter’s birthday dinner which cost us nearly 200$. Sadly, we will NEVER eat here again.

A customer for over 2.5 decades - the last two times have been awful, service specifically. Food has fallen off.

Went in with no reservation, no plans and got seated within a few minutes. Food was great, the pizzas and burgers were the best I've had in the area. Impeccable fries with perfect saltiness. The portions were perfect size, the waitress was very nice and we had great service the whole time. a bit pricey but would recommend!

Excellent food and service every time. Love the rotating themed menus, always something new to try. Great pizza too!

Parking: Smallish primary lot plus overflow parking in the mall, so always plenty of parking.

Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. Without a reservation, we were seated in a booth immediately upon arrival. Lighting is a bit dim but sufficient to read the menu. Overall, service was very good; however, we were disappointed in the quality of the food served, particularly given the high price points for the menu items.
The chicken quesadilla starter was tasty but was surprisingly quite filling wrapped with rather thick tortillas. The highlight of this starter was the creamy roasted corn dip.
The bacon chicken Alfredo was served hot and the noodles were not over-cooked; however, the overall taste was more bland than tasty. The shrimp scampi fettuccine was a bit too creamy but the shrimp were properly cooked and tasty.
We don't plan on returning but if we did, we would not order an appetizer and would split one of the main dishes.
