I had to be in this Starbucks for a few hours while I was waiting for my car to get fixed. I just happened to be sitting near where the baristas were working, and even when the shop was at its busiest, I couldn’t help but notice how friendly and positive they were, both to customers and also with each other. It truly impressed me.

There was a short line, but it moved quickly. There are plenty of seats available. A few people were doing work on their laptops. Plugs are available. I was very disappointed in the coffee, though. Starbucks used to have very strong blends and slightly burnt beans that made it bitter and overpowering. Now it seems they've gone completely opposite, very weak and bland. At any coffee shop, I usually get a 12 or 16 oz latte with 1 shot, 2 sugar packets, and almond milk. This...
