Easily the best Starbucks in the area, but cramped for inside seating after the remodel (and car crashing through the wall) which otherwise was a very nice update. Still my go-to location. No merchandise available at this location, go get your gifts down the road at the location on the corner of Bucklin Hill and Silverdale Way.

Walked in the store, the lady I ordered from didn't even look at me when I ordered my coffee. It was just a drip. I was waiting for a bit for it and Maddy asked what my drink was. It wasn't in the que. So she asked the cashier and then got it for me. Maddy was cheerful and has great customer interaction skills. She was the shining light today. She is worthy of a 5 star review. I did interact with another barrista, but she was more interested in talking with co-workers...

Took 15 minutes to get my coffee, went inside for drive thru was packed so we t in. Should of stuck to drive thru.
Only one person seemed to be happy to be working, everyone else not smiling, kind of just take my time. Fast atmosphere means fast service and smiles make a big difference.
