Darius was great! My wife had bought me a mocha but it cooled off sonce she purchased it so he made one fresh and hot for no charge. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend this Starbucks and this employee who understands first rate customer service!

Great place to get coffee while shopping and great servers! For some extremely odd reason when I paid in cash and said keep the change I was informed they are not allowed to accept tips?!?!? What coffee place doesn’t let their baristas accept tips? Absolutely ridiculous.

Lovely, polite staff. Working hard. But, I ordered a simple, drip coffee with cream & it took 15 minutes. Apparently, all drinks are made in the order received. Is this a Starbucks “process rule?” Seems more efficient to just hand me my simple coffee? And put the cream back out for DIY.

I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and it was horrible. It tasted very strong and didn’t taste like it had any of the brown sugar flavoring that is supposed to come in it. And a large layer of frothy foam popping out of the top spout which was messy. I won’t be ordering an espresso drink again if this is gonna repeatedly happen.

The employees have always been INCREDIBLY kind whenever I frequently visit this Starbucks but tonight’s visit was exceptional. My name is never spelled correctly and it’s a weird spelling so I expect it and it doesn’t bother me. The employee that took my order was kind enough to notice that she had started spelling my name wrong when my payment went through, and she corrected it. It was such a little detail that totally made my night because I’ve never had my name spelled correctly at Starbucks. It’s the little things! Your employees are amazing! ❤️

I may have mentioned in a couple of my other reviews that I'm not much of a Starbucks fan; this is still true; however, a few weeks ago, I was given a few Starbucks gift cards, and while I was at Target checking out, I ran across these cards again.What tempted me to walk over to the Target Starbucks and order? I don't know, probably because I had these gift cards, they were free, I should use them up, perhaps I'm a glutton for punishment, I just don't know, but I'm sure Starbucks offers something I'd want.Intensely looking at their menu, I remembered from the last Starbucks visit those odd-sounding drinks.Dragon Drink, honestly, I can't imagine a dragon being pink in color; and has anyone verified if there are pieces of Dragon in it??? The Pink Drink, hmm, that looks redder to me than pink and a Violet Drink that looks pinker than violet in color, and what about this one, Star drink? That's the one I went with, The Star Drink.This drink has Starfruit and kiwi-flavored juice with real kiwi fruit pieces added to coconut milk and shaken with ice. It sounded good, but after reading "Starfruit and Kiwi flavored juice," is it just a flavoring, or can we count on it being real Starfruit and Kiwi Juice???? Because the title I read was exactly what I just wrote, and nowhere in that sentence did it read REAL aside from the kiwi fruit.So the friendly barista, and she was an adorable girl, rang me up, and the other lady, who was equally as pleasant, made it for me, and I was on my way. By the way I would give them a five star!The five sips and I do mean sips, were good and refreshing, and then my drink was gone. Here is where my disappointment came in; it was a grande, and all of the ice filled my cup up to almost the top; I essentially paid for a cup and ice and five sips of the actual drink, plus a few pieces of kiwi. Isn't a grande 16 ounces??? Had I known that 14 ounces were ice, I would have requested a lot less ice. Yet another reason for me to be disappointed in Starbucks. Perhaps I should stick with drinking Starbucks during Christmas time and enjoy their eggnog latte. Did I mention I was a glutton for punishment??This Starbucks location is inside Target, 3201 NW Randall Way, Silverdale, Washington. Stopped by Wednesday the 25th of August about 2pm. Coffee tasted watered down, overly sweet (and that’s saying a lot about Starbucks) Two people working the counter and one person ahead of me. Took them 10 min to make 3 coffees. This Starbucks has gone downhill.
