Darius was great! My wife had bought me a mocha but it cooled off sonce she purchased it so he made one fresh and hot for no charge. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend this Starbucks and this employee who understands first rate customer service!
Great place to get coffee while shopping and great servers! For some extremely odd reason when I paid in cash and said keep the change I was informed they are not allowed to accept tips?!?!? What coffee place doesn’t let their baristas accept tips? Absolutely ridiculous.
The employees have always been INCREDIBLY kind whenever I frequently visit this Starbucks but tonight’s visit was exceptional. My name is never spelled correctly and it’s a weird spelling so I expect it and it doesn’t bother me. The employee that took my order was kind enough to notice that she had started spelling my name wrong when my payment went through, and she corrected it. It was such a little detail that totally made my night because I’ve never had my name spelled...
