These guys catered my wedding. I chose to have them drop it off to my venue in disposable serving dishes due to cost issues. The owner (sorry, I forgot his name) showed up with the whole crew, set up with premium serving dishes, 3 meats, all toppings, utensils and bowls. They stayed for the whole meal and served my guests. When the guests were full, they packed everything away in foil pans, cleaned up and left after talking to my day-of-coordinator. The food was amazing and the...

Their flan was so good! Hard to find it up north, so I was excited to try theirs. It was a little thick, almost more like a cheesecake, so maybe not the most traditional recipe, but OH MAN was it good! I was groaning with every bite.
