We stopped for lunch on our way to Olympic National Park and it set us up for success for our hikes. We ordered the chicken wings to start to protein up, delicious! When there is Bun Bo Hue on the menu, I have to have it. Broth was perfect and no additions needed. My husband ordered the Special Vermicelli. I absolutely love this restaurant for both its food and service. Everything is consistently excellent, and the staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. I made a mistake with my order due to an allergy, and they quickly remade it for me without hesitation. It’s always worth the two-hour drive from the Peninsula to come here. Thank you Viet Taste!
The food and service were excellent. Our party had about 5 dishes and all of them were excellent, the ingredients were showcased, and the server was delightful. We went between times, after lunch and before dinner.
