What a lovely and yummy lunch spot we found in Silverdale. We were on a tour of gardens near Poulsbo/Bremerton and on the way had lunch at the Yacht Club Broiler right on the water with a very relaxing and beautiful view. It was too chilly for the deck but that looked great as well if it had been warmer. We both had the fish tacos - I had the corn tortillas and she the flour. The plate comes so that you put together the tacos yourself which was great. Grilled fish not breaded...
The reservation got us stuck in back corner with extremely loud party next to us. The bread serving was barely more than a single roll size, although the buter serving was most generous. The cioppino seafood stew was really hot seasoned and we were not notified of that.
Not a good experience.
Reception Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had reservations though we were a little late. That was not a problem. We were seated by the windows with a view of the bay but, asked to be seated in another spot. This also was not a problem. The clam chowder is delicious. Not your usual thick, cream based chowder. No skimping on the clams, bacon, potatoes, onions etc. also ha a salad with calamari. It was good, not as good as chowder. The person that took our order was not...
