Every 1-2 weeks, I get a load of either the Einkorn or the traditional European loaf. BEST. BREAD. EVER. I had only been able to find bread like this when I was in Greece, and it's so good! Truly a back to the roots type bakery. Love everything <3
After suffering some gi issues and not being able to eat bread for some time, I found Dubuque Bakery. The bread is not only delicious but has not caused my sensitive gi any type of irritation. The Einkorn bread is especially amazing and nourishing. I enjoy it so much that I signed up for Katya’s sourdough bread class. If you want quality, healthy, delicious, nourishing baked goods, Dubuque Bakery is 5 stars!!!!!
I was so incredibly lucky to find this little bakery truck! All I did was google einkorn bread bakery and up Dubuque popped. My husband has a sensitive tummy and the einkorn sits better with him. Along with that unique loaf she probably makes the best sourdough sandwich loafs I have had! And you have to try her raspberry cream rolls! So good!!!
