I stopped by this local Italian restaurant and had the lasagna—absolutely delicious and comforting. What made the experience even better was the owner, who was so warm and kind. You can tell she really cares about her food and her customers. I’ll definitely be back!
After a day of riding and taking in one of the areas amazing sites, the Copperstone was the cherry on top of the first ride of the season. I had the special of the day - Prawn Scampi with a salad and sangria.
