The Black Dog is an artsy and kitschy cafe with a cool vibe, reminiscent of the nineties in Austin. It offers a positive, creative atmosphere and vegan-friendly options like a delicious caesar salad and a tasty BLT served with chips and fruit. The cafe has a charming decor and plenty of space to relax, read, or write. Customers can enjoy a chai or an Italian soda in this unique dining experience. The cafe is default vegan in their menu, but also has vegetarian options such as dairy cheese or eggs upon request. Ice cream and all baked goods are vegan. The cafe also sells little trinkets, art prints, and vegan/vegetarian soaps, and has live music in the evenings. The friendly and attentive service makes it a great spot to unwind.
