Found the perfect little spot to eat lunch after visiting Snoqualmie Falls. The woman who helped us was so kind - she told us she would turn on the fire so we could enjoy our drinks while waiting on our food. I thought it couldn't get any better until 15 minutes later when our sandwiches arrived - absolutely AMAZING! I got the Spicy Bovine Panini w/Au Jus & my boyfriend got The Less Boring Grilled Cheese - he said it was one of the best sandwiches he's ever had!
So imagine, you’re on a solo day road trip when all of a sudden your transmission goes out right as you start to go over Snoqualmie Pass. A day later after your dear husband rescues you, you end up here at The Brindlestick. You’ve already made a little adventure of the endeavor so might as well stop at a picturesque town for Father’s Day on the way home!
