Today I ordered 2 drinks and some egg bites. Upon arriving at the window, I was handed the egg bites as I watched one of the female employees make my drinks. She first made my iced tea and set it aside. Then she made my Carmel Frappuccino. It was overflowing. To the point where she went through three lids before one finally went on. When I went on a Sunday morning they seemed tired, dazed and overworked. Clearly understaffed. There was a long line of grumpy people waiting for drinks and food. The store was dirty and messy. They need to take better care of their workers first and in turn they can take better care of the store and customers. I left without my drink after waiting 10 min.
