I've been there about 10 times now. Every time was excellent, I used to not like Panda Express, but this one is great.
I previously wrote a bad review for this location, it was meant for a different location. I believe I have put the bad review where it needs to be.
This is my wife and my favorite panda location by far. Always a good experience, even if our order gets messed up as they always make it right.

We had the chicken and green beans with half rice and half noodles. Just right!

Panda Express offers a quick meal with a variety of dishes. The new Cantonese BBQ Beef Brisket is sweet, spicey, and charred just right, though a bit stringy. Orange chicken remains a favorite, but some customers find it dry or hard. Teriyaki chicken sometimes comes overcooked or burnt, and the chow mein can be dry. The chicken egg roll is sometimes missing from orders.
Service varies by location. In one place, the cashier and line worker listened carefully and checked the cooking level of the chicken, showing genuine care. Some locations serve food on plates instead of boxes, a new experience for customers. Staff kindness and thoroughness can make a big difference; a cashier asked multiple times to confirm the chicken was cooked to liking.
Pick‑up service has problems. Orders sometimes arrive 15 minutes early, leaving hot food in a plastic bag that becomes wet and may carry bacteria. One order was mistakenly taken by a delivery driver, but the team quickly repacked it and offered complimentary drink cups.
Overall, the food is fresh and delicious when prepared correctly. The service can be excellent with helpful staff, but inconsistencies in cooking and pick‑up remain. Customers who visit different locations may see varying experiences, so it helps to check the specific store before ordering.
