The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

“The best pizza in Puyallup hands down. The “Say it ain’t so” pizza with added pepperoni is our favorite. It’s a combination of ingredients we’d never order normally. But Wicked Pie makes it phenomenal. The adult only atmosphere makes it a great date night restaurant. The customer service has always been top notch too. You can’t go wrong dining here!“

The gentleman working last night was awesome and a good man. Not only did he help walk my pizza to my car as I had my half awake toddler in my arms but prior to me entering the store he had done the same thing for an elderly lady. That man deserves a raise!“

I get being busy but she forgot our salads, remined her and she basically shrugged her shoulders as if i was putting her out. “Every time I order at this location, the pizzas are perfect, ordering is easy, the staff is always quick to greet me and they are always kind. It’s rare to find a place to eat where the younger generation is collectively just awesome! I appreciate this so much so I will always choose this location. Customer service is everything“

“Went on a week night while visiting Tacoma. The waiter was very friendly and spent time chatting since they weren't busy. Manager even checked in on us and chatted. Pizza is always great and wood fired is the best. Old building with original brick walls and wood doors.“

“I'll clarify before the fact, I had food from the restaurant again the next day and the quality was much improved.

I have a strong nostalgia for the twists, so I ordered 12 and added 6 for the first time use of the app or whatever it was. 18 glorious twists. Except when I picked them up they were not at all fluffy, they were crunchy and as they got colder they got hard.

Like I said at the top, I did have a redo the next day. The pizza was as good as I remember it, and that batch of twists was spot on, exactly how I remember.

3 star for food for the up and down consistency, 4 stars overall. All of the staff was friendly and made picking up my food a good experience.“

“If you didn’t know already, this establishment provided you with tasty ready to bake meals! This particular location is always, clean, busy and usually very friendly. Like any place that is ran by people, sometimes it is just a transaction and not an experience; and that is okay! Everything is always good and fresh and looks great out the oven. If you catch them at a slow hour, they do go out of their way to be kind. I’ll keep coming back for another 10+ years.“

“I accidentally forgot to complete my order online but the Sienna and the rest of the staff honored the 30% off coupon and helped me recreate my order. She was super helpful ringing me up. They had it all ready in less than 10 minutes. I wish there was a spot to sit but that's not on them. Awesome location!

“This was my first time visiting this particular Papa Murphy’s location, which is in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough after dark.

The staff were friendly, quick with their smiles, and provided great customer service.

The only downside was related to the food prep. I bought five pizzas on a Tuesday to freeze and use over the weekend. Unfortunately, Papa Murphy’s doesn’t include clear instructions for baking directly from the freezer. To their credit, they do advise letting refrigerated pizzas come to room temperature so the dough can rise before baking.

It would be helpful if they also offered guidelines for frozen pizzas.“

“Ate here the other day. Their pizzas are very good. A little pricey, but generally worth it. What I do not understand is their pricing. We ordered a Daily Double: any 2 pizzas for $28. But on the receipt it says $28.98. Huh? was there some fine print somewhere that I didn’t notice and was not brought to my attention by the host? The pint I ordered was listed as $8 on the menu, but I was charged $8.28. Same with the salad. What the menu showed as $8 was actually $8.28. Can anyone explain this to me? It was generally a good experience, you do have to place your order at the window and go pick it up like at a fast food joint. So the service was lacking. But doing it yourself saves on the tip. I just don’t understand the pricing.“

“Its close to home, phone was ringing as i walked in to an empty store. The rep asked to put them on hold so he could wait on me first. I asked if my on line order was ready and he got my name and went back to the fridge and brought it out. I appreciated his immediate service as I was not made to wait for those phone calls. He was polite and friendly, too.“

“I tried the calzone from Papa Murphys! They are really good and worth the price. I got a Pepperoni and added Sausage. I am not a fan of the sprinkle parm so substituted it for mozzarella on top! It was busy when I went since it was Tuesday and they run a special on that day. The Store was very clean and All the Girls working are super friendly. Didn't have to wait to long was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Well worth a try!“

“I placed an online order for the wrong location (336th store in Federal Way, WA) and when I went into the Milton store, it was discovered that I indeed placed the order at the wrong store. The young man there helped me more than he needed to. The other store was very unhelpful when I called to get a refund for the pizza order. The gentleman at the Milton store not only contacted his area supervisor and reported the situation, but game a discount on the pizza I ordered at the other store. I am really glad that my house is a few miles away because this store in particular will always have my business!“

“The staff are great. They're friendly, quick, and make good quality Pizzas. Goes a long way towards justifying the expense.

The only thing I don't recommend is the new Cheesey Stuffed Crust. The cheese is a flat layer inside the crust and adds nothing flavor wise.“

“I generally avoid dominos like the plague because it’s just “cheap” tasting and I’ve continuously been less than impressed but after an exhausting long day with the kids we just didn’t have it in us to make dinner so we ordered a couple pizza for the kiddos and called it good.And it was good! “I order from this restaurant about once a month (delivery, in store pickup, and curbside pickup). My food is always perfect, the in-store staff is friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers are courteous and fast.

The inside of the store is basic but clean. There are a few tables to eat at and some candy/trinket machines for kids.“

“I had a delicious vegetarian spread. The hummus plate was wonderful, loved the added veggies. The falafel was amazing as well but a little tricky to eat as perfectly fried balls. A disk or patty like would make it easy to eat but that’s a micro critique. It’s hard to be mad at a perfectly fried falafel ball. Tha ambiance was on point. Cute spot! Loved the dickcore.

“Serves mainly pizza only other thing on the menu are paninis and salads. Growing up Italian I would have liked to see more panini options. Pies were small a bit greasy but overall pretty damn good. I didn’t get drunk there but if I was the pizza would have been the perfect remedy. The lady with the short hair served me I didn’t get her name but she was professional, friendly, fast, attentive and a great overall bartender and server. Drinks wee reasonably priced and specialty mixed drinks displayed on the wall with prices. Gentleman in the kitchen was also fast with orders cooked to perfection. “Love trackside Pizza, all the food is made with such fresh ingredients. Also The staff are super friendly. The downside might be that they are a little bit expensive, not too bad though, not like unreasonably expensive. It's pretty cool to be sitting there and have one of the trains come flying by it shakes the whole building it's really really cool, I had watched the newest final destination right before coming here and I was not ready to see a train come flying by at full speed. So definitely come here, don't watch final destination bloodlines before doing so.“

“When this MOD opened they were spot on. Over time, the quality diminished. Today, Employee Bear made my pizza and cooked it. Usually when i ask for well done, it's still a bit doughy for me but Bear knows exactly how to prepare, cook, and present the pizza. It was perfect down to the cut. “I'm not sure why these guys only have a 3.6... every time I come in I have a great conversation with the GM and if what I'm ordering is close to any deals they are running whomever is working tells me how I could change my order for the better savings. And I have never had to bring anything back or have anything remade.
