“Never had a bad experience here. Lived in this area for 10 years now and we've always come to this location due to the fast and friendly service. Pizza is always ready when we do curbside pick up. When we choose delivery the drivers are always friendly. Would recommend this location to anyone.“

“The delivery service's lack of motivation and the quality of their work are both dreadful. I've been having trouble getting my money back from them ever since they told me they couldn't deliver my order, even though the driver was given specific instructions and made no attempt to follow them. Simply find somewhere else to eat; this is a nuisance.“

“Papa Murphy’s is hands down my favorite place to get pizza from. Once again blown away by the amazing service this companies workers offer. The gentleman working last night was awesome and a good man. Not only did he help walk my pizza to my car as I had my half awake toddler in my arms but prior to me entering the store he had done the same thing for an elderly lady. That man deserves a raise!“

“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

“The past two times visits to this location they’ve struggled to find the appropriate ratio of sauce to cheese. Cheese slip will occur here. It’s unfortunate my experience the past two times was lack luster. I used to come here quite often and looked forward to my most recent visits, but now I’m left with the feeling of having been better off.

As for their mixed drinks… second to none.

Lastly, waitress assistance could improve, I’ve noticed a trend of people waiting exuberantly long to receive their checks.

Overall, I’d say this place is worth the visit, I’ll give the place grace and say my most recent visits have been “off days”.“

“I worked with Fat Zach's Pizza on 6/21. They catered a wedding where I was coordinator. Their team was incredible. First, they had excellent communication. They gave me their ETA and checked in as soon as they arrived. The food service was amazing. The buffet line moved efficiently. Their staff were all friendly and professional. Their pizza was delicious and so were their salads. They put together leftover for the couple and their guests. I highly recommend them if you need some pizza catering!“

“Great pizza some of the best I've had since living here for over 30 years. But the service was horrible . Brianna i think that was her her name was. I get being busy but she forgot our salads, remined her and she basically shrugged her shoulders as if i was putting her out. One of the worst servers I've had in a long time, she could care less about our table or her job. I'll be back because the pizza was that good . I'll just be sure to not sit in her section.“

The family working there were very friendly, and I had came back in 5 minutes later to get another pizza because it was actually good, they got me fresh everything and had even given me complementary galab jamen.“

“If you didn’t know already, this establishment provided you with tasty ready to bake meals! This particular location is always, clean, busy and usually very friendly. Like any place that is ran by people, sometimes it is just a transaction and not an experience; and that is okay! Everything is always good and fresh and looks great out the oven. If you catch them at a slow hour, they do go out of their way to be kind. I’ll keep coming back for another 10+ years.“

“Ate here the other day. Their pizzas are very good. A little pricey, but generally worth it. What I do not understand is their pricing. We ordered a Daily Double: any 2 pizzas for $28. But on the receipt it says $28.98. Huh? was there some fine print somewhere that I didn’t notice and was not brought to my attention by the host? The pint I ordered was listed as $8 on the menu, but I was charged $8.28. Same with the salad. What the menu showed as $8 was actually $8.28. Can anyone explain this to me? It was generally a good experience, you do have to place your order at the window and go pick it up like at a fast food joint. So the service was lacking. But doing it yourself saves on the tip. I just don’t understand the pricing.“

“I had a 12in chicken with white sauce pizza and it tasted so good.The crust was cooked to perfection not too thick nor thin just right! Very flavorful with yummie pesto, dried tomatoes and I believe spinach. It was DELICIOUS! The young lady that recommended the pizza provided me with excellent service. “This was my first time visiting this particular Papa Murphy’s location, which is in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough after dark.

The staff were friendly, quick with their smiles, and provided great customer service.

The only downside was related to the food prep. I bought five pizzas on a Tuesday to freeze and use over the weekend. Unfortunately, Papa Murphy’s doesn’t include clear instructions for baking directly from the freezer. To their credit, they do advise letting refrigerated pizzas come to room temperature so the dough can rise before baking.

It would be helpful if they also offered guidelines for frozen pizzas.“

“I accidentally forgot to complete my order online but the Sienna and the rest of the staff honored the 30% off coupon and helped me recreate my order. She was super helpful ringing me up. They had it all ready in less than 10 minutes. I wish there was a spot to sit but that's not on them. Awesome location!

“Its close to home, phone was ringing as i walked in to an empty store. The rep asked to put them on hold so he could wait on me first. I asked if my on line order was ready and he got my name and went back to the fridge and brought it out. I appreciated his immediate service as I was not made to wait for those phone calls. He was polite and friendly, too.“

“When it comes to the management (Joe and Christian) excellent customer service. The team members Nick, Alex, and the rest of team are Amazing. I have eaten at Roundtable in Puyallup at least 5 times in April. The food is AMAZING 👏🏾 The customer service AMAZING. The Price is AMAZING. The ingredients on the pizza are fresh and the crust is so delicious. The accuracy on the orders is exact with no mistakes. And your order is ready in a timely manner. Lazy day and you don't feel like cooking call Roundtable you won't be disappointed. Keep up the AMAZING WORK.

“I placed an online order for the wrong location (336th store in Federal Way, WA) and when I went into the Milton store, it was discovered that I indeed placed the order at the wrong store. The young man there helped me more than he needed to. The other store was very unhelpful when I called to get a refund for the pizza order. The gentleman at the Milton store not only contacted his area supervisor and reported the situation, but game a discount on the pizza I ordered at the other store. I am really glad that my house is a few miles away because this store in particular will always have my business!“

“I had a delicious vegetarian spread. The hummus plate was wonderful, loved the added veggies. The falafel was amazing as well but a little tricky to eat as perfectly fried balls. A disk or patty like would make it easy to eat but that’s a micro critique. It’s hard to be mad at a perfectly fried falafel ball. Tha ambiance was on point. Cute spot! Loved the dickcore.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarians would have an easier time than vegans, obviously, but we chose this life 🤷🏼‍♀️“

I’ve had a good experience most times income here. Sometimes the workers skimp out on putting toppings and on numerous occasions the oven has broke. But the majority of times this place has been pretty good overall.“

They didn't have to do that, but it was really cute and special. Glad they had the time to do it and now I will be SAVING the boxes.“

“Caveat up front: I have never had the pizza here. Weird, I know, but sometime told me about the salads and that's what I've gone back for every time. But that said, I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've given a place 5 stars, so that should tell you something.

In more detail, I cannot say enough good things about the salads here. There's a great variety of toppings, including those you'd normal expect to put on your pizza instead, and it's pretty much all on the menu. I don't know what would happen if you asked them to put pizza sauce on your salad, but I bet they would. And you can go crazy for a single price. I've usually got 3+ meats, 2-3 cheeses and half of the veggie options, and let me tell you, that's a salad that'll fill you up. It's all fresh ingredients and they're not too stingy with the portions; one poor guy had a hard time getting the lid to stay on!

It's never empty but rarely busy, so you can get in, get your food and be on your way pretty quick, and they are quick, professional and friendly.

If you never considered a pizza place might be your favorite stop for healthy options, I highly advise you rethink it, and stop in to MOD Pizza... And I hear the pizza's pretty good too!“

“I tried the calzone from Papa Murphys! They are really good and worth the price. I got a Pepperoni and added Sausage. I am not a fan of the sprinkle parm so substituted it for mozzarella on top! It was busy when I went since it was Tuesday and they run a special on that day. The Store was very clean and All the Girls working are super friendly. Didn't have to wait to long was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Well worth a try!“

“I order from this restaurant about once a month (delivery, in store pickup, and curbside pickup). My food is always perfect, the in-store staff is friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers are courteous and fast.

The inside of the store is basic but clean. There are a few tables to eat at and some candy/trinket machines for kids.“
