Wow I was so surprised to find such amazing, cooked to order, Ethiopian food in a mall food court but dang it was good! It’s not regular food court food, it’s made to order, hot and fresh. They even offered to give me half injera half fries if I wanted (but I wanted all the injera I could get) super friendly cook and just amazingly fresh and vibrant food. I had the siga tibs which is beef and peppers in a spicy sauce. Meat was tender and flavorful, sides were delicious. Again...
Very good and very nice people! Food was very flavorful and also full of real ingredients and spice. Very grateful that I was able to enjoy this food and sip on their very tasty Ethiopian coffee. Would come back again!
Injera is the og gluten-free! Bread without gluten before it was a fad. And the slightly spicy Ethiopian food it pairs with is as good as homemade!
Samosas are a great entry if you aren’t ready for a whole plate. Chicken were packed with delicious meat.
