Atilano's Mexican Food - Sullivan

The guy takibg our order can not speak engllish he was yelling he got our order wrong. The meal was cold. I will never come back teach your employees english If I went to Mexico I would need to learn spanish. He should not be in the drive up. He said head set broken. I said i dont speak spanish he said I dont speak english. So sad for your business.

Would 100% recommend anybody and everybody to check your receipt to see if a 25% plus tip was added to your check without your knowledge. Because this happened to us. We called the restaurant and asked the speak to a manager which they refused to provide to us. The person that did said she was stressed and not sure why she did it (her exact words 😂). Said they would call us back and it’s been days and I’ve not heard anything back. Not overly concerned about the money per se as much as concerned about how often is this happening and people aren’t aware. Since they add the tip themselves to the check without you actually seeing the screen (Francis location).

Great food can't beat taco Tuesday and im addicted to the Washington burrito I always get extra to eat at home later

Look, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the food, but that is when they get it right. I've been to this location about three times, and another one about the same. At the other location I got the #6, which was 2 enchiladas, and I always choose chicken. Every single time, I've asked to get green sauce for the enchiladas, and green salsa on the side. The other location I went to always got it right, but this location only does it right when I go in and order, not when I use the drive thru. This time I made sure to clarify that I wanted BOTH green sauce, and green salsa, which I'm pretty sure are the same, they just use the salsa for the sauce. And the worker repeated it back correctly. I went to the window, paid, and got my change, but they cut me short for some of it, not giving me the rest of my change. I parked off to the side to look if they got my order right, and they once again didn't. I'm not one to go in and cause a scene, so I just went home and ate it. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, I just don't like it as much as the green one. The workers are nice, but they need to start listening better. Safe to say, I'm disappointed with this location.

Dumpster had garbage all around it. Walls were dirty. I can only imagine how bad it is inside. Very unsanitary. Food gave me diarrhea. Never going back.

In Arizona we have multiple "bertos" restaurants. Filibertos, Rollibertos, Fredbertos, etc. they're all the same, good carne asada burritos, super nachos, etc.

Moving here to Spokane Valley I was happy to find atilanos. It's not a bertos, but the menu is identical. I can get my carne asada fix and it's affordable too. Love it.
