Atilano's Mexican Food - Sullivan

I like them because they sell BUCHE tacos and I drive 30 miles from home to eat here.

My husband ordered one dozen rolled beef tacos and when we got home he took a bite he realized he was given chicken instead of the beef he ordered. He ate a few due to being super hungry and we weren't able to return them that evening but he attempted to the following day and they refused to give him a full order even though it was their error. We will not return there again.

We have a wonderful experience here! The staff we outstanding! That food was delicious. We go to many Atilanos around town but this one was a standout for sure!!

Unfortunately if you don’t speak Spanish it’s very hard to get the correct order here (which isn’t their fault for the language barrier) They are very kind but will not remake your food if it’s wrong so it’s a bit frustrating. Every time we go there they make it incorrectly or charge us for the wrong thing. The foods not bad whatsoever it’s just when I pay for something I would love for it to be what I want! It’s a bit out of our way but we will be ordering from the one down on Argonne, they are great!

Lots of food for the price. Down side is the burrito is just full of potatoes or rice. Not really much else . Think I had 2 quarter size pieces of chicken in my burrito

I would like to first thank the waitress she was very sweet and didn’t cheap on us with that smile, and please don’t get me started on the food we only came for 2 mini tacos cause we already ate but we wanted this place as a “ we can’t leave spokane without having a bite there. 10000/10

Highly disappointed with the service, my husband and I go out of our way to come from north end to eat here, and we actually made it known to them last week while stopping in, we love the food and come a far way just to eat.
Last night 02/24 we came in after work as usual before going back home to the north end. I didn’t realize until we left after dining in, they had charged me extra for a medium sized drink.
Usually I’d let it go, but after being hung up on when I called to explain I couldn’t come back at 9:30pm and only being offered a drink and not a refund was mind blowing!
I didn’t need the extra drink, we ordered a drink with the meal, I wanted a refund and was able to stop in the next day but wasn’t even able to get that out to the kid on the phone before he hung up on me after I told him about 3 times, I would just like a refund for the drink, I already ate and can’t come back today. then click. We’ve given this place business for 3 years now. We will not be returning because of this.
Not okay to take money from people, then not offer it back and only offer a drink we didn’t need or want.
We left the place about 8:35 and didn’t make it home until about 9:10 with traffic.
