Got some Carmel apples as a gift and they ended up being bad on the inside. I had bought many before and never had this issue and loved them so I emailed Julie and I got a reply less than 30 minutes after the email. She was incredibly kind and apologetic and asked to send us replacements. Amazing customer service with the best Carmel apples I’ve found. I will %100 be buying many more in the future!!!
I ordered from their Etsy shop the original fudge a couple weeks ago, it was DELICIOUS. Then I tried a place that makes fudge in my town I live in. NOT EVEN COMPARABLE to Big Bear Chocolates fudge. Delicious handmade caramel apples, fudge and hot coco bombs plus lots of chocolate treats and ice cream and milkshakes too. Always smells amazing and the owners are so friendly. Love this place!
