Just picked up food but staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Had to wait 15mins for it to finish even though there was a ready by time. Then had to wait longer because the didn't start the drinks until I had food

This was our first order for take out from Black Straw, and everything went great! Our order was ready when promised, hot and fresh, and the extras were packaged well. The ordering process online went smoothly as well.

The shrimp chow mein was quite good and a very good value for the amount of shrimp and vegetables! The little side egg drop soup was a nice surprise. I will be trying more dishes now!
