The Burger Kings were poor tasting and dry. Puyallup Burger King store makes very tasty Burgers. I would rate there's a 5.

Did not hate this location...but considering what we're going through with covid-19 seeing the manager cough and not just cough a couple times but all the way into the back of the storeI asked for my money to be returned and at the time I didn't realize that individual was the manager which shows how the store is being run but I did ask for my money back she was kind of difficult about that but considering what's going on I find that unacceptable and be aware going to be Spokane valley Burger King

I was cheated out of my money and had to over pay for my food and when I confronted the store about it I was only told would you like another one insisting to pay an extra $6 dollars instead of my order being corrected. I'm furious that a food establishment would cheat customers out of their money with no willingness to fix their mistakes.

The worst part of this is we tried to go 4days after this to order (the items our family of 7 chooses and enjoys) from BK menu... THEY WERE STILL OUT OF 2 OF THE MENU ITEMS ( but not all as before).WE REQUESTED TO ORDER. To be honest this ISNT THE FIRST TIME! A few months back 2 nights in a row we had decided to get mozzarella sticks. BOTH NIGHTS they were out and when expected to have them available to order again, WELL THEY DIDN'T AND COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHY, WHEN , or HOW!

It's a shame I cannot give this establishment no stars. My fiance was in line behind a woman who ordered 2 Whoppers. They are advertised on TV and on their board 2 for $6. There is also a paper attached to the counter informing people they need to tell the cashier that they are using a coupon or ordering a special. This lady didn't do so for whatever reason and they charged her the full amount for each sandwich so her total came close to $12. They wouldn't honor their own special pricing unless you specified it when ordering. Other Burger King restaurants use common sense and charge the advertised price. This one doesn't. Management refused to make the adjustment. It's not worth going to one that won't put the customer first. So much for "Have it your way."

I was at the Burger King inside Walmart I ordered two chicken sandwiches they were so hard that I could not eat them, I brought this to their attention and asked if they could be remade. And then from the kitchen I heard and employee say whatever I don't care, and then very rudely set to my husband that it would be at least 15 minutes. We then proceeded to call corporate and an employee went to the back and started telling the cook danielthat we are calling corporate then everyone in the back started saying corporate will not do anything and they don't care. They had also cursed towards us, and we spoke to the manager at that point. She then proceeded to call us liars and that her employees wouldn't say that after telling her employee to just go to the back. The manager also told me that I was being very rude because the tone of my voice, after being cussed at.
Staff was nice but food was cold. Including the bacon on my sandwich. And I retrieved my food immediately as they called my name. And sat down immediately to eat. Probably why I don’t eat Burger King often.

Went here to get an impossible burger. Shouldn't have bothered. I dont get the hype. Burger was pretty bland. Though the chicken sandwich was good.This location isn't the best and an update. The drive though is slow as well and it seems like you can't get out of there without waiting at least 29 or 30 minutes.

I came into this location today to eat .While I was in there the a short black hair lady was behind the counter being rude to co-workers with a lobby full of people. I will not be coming back here.

Horrible service took my family here The one in Walmart asked for the food to be fresh and the female manager with glasses at night time horrible she was cooking didn’t make my food fresh gave me soggy chicken nuggets watched her put raw meat on charbroiler with her gloves and didn’t change them disgusting and should be fired they argued with me when I told them there is no way my food is fresh when I just ordered not even 20 sec ago will be calling health department and turning them in
