I visited Cafe Rio in Spokane Valley and went through the drive-thru on Taco Tuesday. They were slammed. The person who took my order rang up the wrong item and I didn’t get my full meal, but didn’t notice till I got home. I called and they offered to provide a credit/refund or I could go back and get it corrected. I went back and they were very nice and corrected the meal. They kindly offered me an extra queso and chips on the house but I didn’t need it. The customer service...
Lexi is a Rockstar employee who deserves a raise for customer service. I traveled to get here tonight dieing to have a carne asada, and they were out. Lexington offered to make soke more at the end of the night. AMAZING SERVICE! THANK YOU! 10/10 A+++++
