We love Chipotle! They are so busy all the time.. A couple different people worked on my burrito, while I watched and somehow the meat didn't make it on.. They were so kind when I went back and just gave me a serving of the meat, they even offered to refund the burrito, which we declined because the burrito was good even without the meat.

I've had this small but stubborn issue that I’d put off for a while, so I decided to give them another shot since my last order was solid. They fixed the problem quickly and didn't make it complicated at all. Everything just worked how it should, which is what I was looking for. No hassle, just a simple fix.

Ordered a salad, they were out of dressing but did not say anything until it was time to pay. Was then charged extra for the only other option available. So either pay up for their mistake or eat dry salad. Not the best experience.
