I stopped at this Chipotle because I noticed it had a drive thru. I waited in the line and when it was my turn, the employee Diego told me it was the digital drive thru for online orders or people who order in store. I said oh, okay, I didn't realize. Diego said I could stay there and order through the app but I didn't have the app. Then he glanced in my backseat and noticed my sleeping baby. He immediately said they could make an exception and took my order right away....
We love Chipotle! They are so busy all the time.. A couple different people worked on my burrito, while I watched and somehow the meat didn't make it on.. They were so kind when I went back and just gave me a serving of the meat, they even offered to refund the burrito, which we declined because the burrito was good even without the meat.

I've had this small but stubborn issue that I’d put off for a while, so I decided to give them another shot since my last order was solid. They fixed the problem quickly and didn't make it complicated at all. Everything just worked how it should, which is what I was looking for. No hassle, just a simple fix.
