Hard to get a good worker or coffee. Made me a cup of Ice, milk, and coffee. No flavor. Then charged my card when I gave drink back . Stole $6.90 from me. Rude while stealing from me.

I'm a newly postpartum mom and burn survivor. I finally had a chance to get out of the house and grab a hot chocolate. When the barrista handed the drink to me, the lid was loose. Hot chocolate got all over my hands, spilled on my pants, went all over the car. She apologized, but all i could do was get out of there. I sat in my driveway and just cried. Please go a little slower and use products that are secure. The hot chocolate gave me 1st degree burns on parts of my hands. This was very traumatizing as someone who is a burn survivor. I haven't been able to have a hot drink since this happened.
All of the crush locations are awesome; the staff is always friendly and does a great job making the drinks and food!!
The only thing I will say is the buildings need some upkeep, but that's just cause I am a facilities manager, and I pay attention to things like that lol; otherwise, I have no bad things to say about this great business!!
