The girl with brown hair is pretty rude. I ordered a grasshopper. At every other coffee stand that is white coffee latte, with creme de menthe and white chocolate. It is modeled after a grasshopper cocktail. Ŵell dutch bros likes to be quirky and instead makes it with dark chocolate. When I called out that my drink was wrong the girls response was "that's how dutch bros does it" and that I should have ordered a ninja instead. When I tried to explain what I was expecting she reiterated her answer of "this is how we do a grasshopper". It wasn't until I was pissed off that she offered to remake the drink and at that point I wasn't exactly excited to get anything from dutch bros. The problem isn't that I recieved the wrong drink but the girls attitude is what set me off.

Next time someone comes through and orders cold brew with cold foam…. Give them ENOUGH cold foam so they don’t have to come back through again without charging them.

Honestly annoyed I have asked for 32 oz drinks the last two days and both days now at this Dutch bros I have been given a 24 oz both times and I always clarify.
Had mutiple good experienceas with this location. Sometimes the drinks aren't as flavorful as others but the staff are very sweet. They tend to make sure lines go fast which is pretty cool. They also have a walk up for pedestrians which is pretty cool.

I wanted to try the Caramel pumpkin brulee to see if it's better than the Starbucks pumpkin cream Chai. I have to say that it was such a letdown. We couldn't even taste any pumpkin flavor. It was just like a golden eagle. Golden eagle is my favorite drink, but when you advertise a seasonal drink, you expect it to be that, especially when I paid $21 for it. If you want to try a golden eagle but with a different name, I guess, ask for a caramel pumpkin brulee. Do better, Dutch Bro.
The longest I’ve ever waited for coffee at a Dutch bros and I would have drove off but I was stuck with a car in front and back of me

Excellent service always. Routinely good iced mochas, but their London Fog needs work (both hot and iced…I bought one of each and added tea bags). The earl grey tea is sub-par and the noticeably cheap syrup tasted like chemicals (nothing like vanilla)—it gave me a sore throat. They didn’t have lavender syrup. (Nearby competitor has outstanding London Fogs). Thankfully, Ryan C. redeemed my poor experience tonight with outstanding customer service and made things right. This review would have been 3 stars, but Ryan’s professionalism and wonderful personality bumped it to 4, as did the always excellent 5 star service I have received at each visit. The atmosphere gets 5 stars as well. Always clean, bright and cheerful. Love the music!?

1st time customer, flew into town to repair a machine, and was very impressed with customer service and pleasant personalities. Fast service and a great cup of Joe were icing on the cake.

My first Dutch experience and have loved every drink ordered. The girls here are always so nice, not like the snobby ones down the street at Starbucks who guilt you into forced tipping.
