Ordered a London Fog, they were out of Earl Grey but used plain black, it worked but I was bummed it wasn't the right tea, my friend got plain green tea and said it was yummy. The ladies were very nice and quick with the order.

Every Dutch bros I go to uses next to Zero flavor. Every time my coffe does not taste at all like what I asked for... better off getting a dumb redbull whatever they call it.

The girl with brown hair is pretty rude. I ordered a grasshopper. At every other coffee stand that is white coffee latte, with creme de menthe and white chocolate. It is modeled after a grasshopper cocktail. Å´ell dutch bros likes to be quirky and instead makes it with dark chocolate. When I called out that my drink was wrong the girls response was "that's how dutch bros does it" and that I should have ordered a ninja instead. When I tried to explain what I was expecting she reiterated her answer of "this is how we do a grasshopper". It wasn't until I was pissed off that she offered to remake the drink and at that point I wasn't exactly excited to get anything from dutch bros. The problem isn't that I recieved the wrong drink but the girls attitude is what set me off.

Next time someone comes through and orders cold brew with cold foam…. Give them ENOUGH cold foam so they don’t have to come back through again without charging them.

Honestly annoyed I have asked for 32 oz drinks the last two days and both days now at this Dutch bros I have been given a 24 oz both times and I always clarify.
