“I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica who took care of a private event I attended this week. We were at the South Hill location, upstairs in their banquet room for a check reveal thank you party for the The Great PumpkinFest partners. Jessica took great care of us and we weren’t a small group for sure. We were all moving targets, mingling, talking, standing, sitting, and yet she still remembered who ordered what. It was first class service! Sorry I didn’t get her last name and then when we moved downstairs.. was it Scott? who took care of the after party. It was my first time at Twigs. Great impression! Thank you!“

“Brought my grandson here for a sandwich and was immediately struck at how spotlessly clean this shop was. Jackson took our order, and he was very friendly and helpful with my grandson. Jackson's efforts to give us a good experience was something you hardly see anymore. Kudos to Jimmy Johns and Jackson! The sandwich was great also.“
