I have NEVER had worst customer service. I hate my job vibes from the get go. We come often & the service I s usually ok. We had the displeasure of getting Kori as our waitress. Ordered the Prime rib dinner. Didn't ask how we wanted it cooked. My sis wanted fries. She says we don't have fries. Then crickets no suggestions like baked potatoe or soup which it stated. Served by Kori or should I say ignored. Me and my sister have frequented often and usually get decent service but not tonight. Server was uninterested in doing her job which would usually include letting you know what choices you have when ordering something with options.
