****EDIT***** JUST SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!! Came to get my dog just a little treat - 10 nuggets. I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes with no other car in line. Was told to pull around to the front and just waited. Had to go inside the building and grab them myself. This establishment is a joke. Just needs shut down at this point.

My kiddos went in and got food was very specific with what I wanted ! Fries were cold and not even full! Burger had 2 patties and cheese mind you wasn’t even melted very little lettuce and some crappy orange sauce! They had 2 coupons for free burgers! No receipt given and when I called manager with my concerns he said it was very busy and that’s why mediocre food! If busy everything should be hot and fresh not cold! Will not visit this location they do f care about customer service !

This particular jack in the box has long term problems with drive through customer service! I like their food. Today the person talking through the speaker would say the first two words clearly. Then you couldn't hear anything he said. I tried several times. Then someone else came over the speaker. I asked the same question again. His only response was, "yup". Still no answer. At this point I don't trust the good to be safe. I left the drive-thru and went to Wendy's

This Saturday night me and my friends were going to eat and there were two people we saw working. A chubby/overweight girl with piercings and a tall dude with a purple shirt and American flag hat. She was being very short and yelled at us over the intercom but we figured they were just stressed. When we got to the window she was rude and mean didn’t prepare our food for us. And when we pointed out that she gave us the wrong thing she snapped and said she was the manager. She later failed at slamming the door when I asked for the owner of the establishments number. Is there anyway the owners information could be given to me. I hope that character isn’t a real manager.

Took over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were there. 1 person in the back 1 person working both drive thru and front of the house. The soda machine was pretty much empty of choices. Brought that to staff attention and was told "yeah we know and we don't have anything to replace it with". Ended up getting an ice tea which was bitter and tasting very old. Now on to the food.... DISGUSTING DRY AND SOAKED IN GREASE. Definitely a HUGE disappointment.
