I’ve given this Jack in the Box multiple chances, but I’m beyond frustrated with my recent experiences. For the last three times I’ve ordered the same thing— a Munchie Meal with regular fries and onion rings— and every time, they’ve messed it up. The last two times, I received curly fries instead of regular fries, and this time, I didn’t even get fries at all. Instead, I got two tacos, which isn’t what I ordered. I tried calling the location to resolve it, but they didn’t answer. It’s really disappointing when a simple order is so consistently wrong, and the lack of customer service makes it even worse. I’m done with this location.
So I don't understand why I come there and order something off your website, The guy who works there doesn't say oh I'm so sorry we discontinued that this is what we have now he just tells me he's not serving it to me won't talk to me and then calls the cops because I'm sitting in the drive-thru waiting to get my order!!! That is amazing customer service!

I would definitely come here again!!! there was 2 girls by themselves, I felt bad for calling and letting them know they had forgotten my regular fry they apologized and said for me to come in and they would remake it was quick and fresh!! Both of them were super sweet! they both had black hair and I couldn’t quite catch their names but I wanted to give them praise for their hard work!

I've gone here twice. Both times were not good. The first time, the popcorn chicken and Jr. Jumbo Jack were both cold. I ate the food immediately, literally in the parking lot. I gave them another try a few days ago, and it was a complete waste of money. The food wasn't fresh, and I was literally the only person in the drive-thru.

It's Jack in the crack, what do you expect? At one point or another, if you liked it or not, you've been to a jack in the box. Especially if you were there at 2:30am, it's always good at that time...
But honestly, at 2:30 in the morning, a cardboard box with a picture of a burger on it with some ketchup, is pretty good too. However, it's a bonus when it's an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. Haven't had one in awhile, and I forgot how good they are. Just wondering though, when did they get so expensive?
