Outrageously priced coffee. Paid 4.50 for a drip refill of my reusable 12oz mug.
Additionally, I was appalled to witness the barista “measure” the amount of coffee with a disposable cup, poured it into my reusable mug, and threw the other cup away. The whole point of the mug was to reduce waste!
I will not be returning.

Ladder is certainly more of an experience than just an average coffee shop--their lobby is great and their seasonal beverages are always something special. Their prices are on the high end, so I save this for a time when I can sit and enjoy my food/beverage (especially the waffles!).

Im not a coffee drinker, so I am used to having to find something else on the menu but Ladder is a true coffee lovers shop, so finding an alternative required some help from their helpful staff. The Barista recommended a few things and what I ended up going with was...
