Food was okay, the atmosphere we absolutely loved it, spent 3 hours just sitting and chatting there on their couches, their service was also very nice. Very quiet, cozy, they have various seat options, great for studying, or friends gathering, or even just a meet up. Great place.
Biggest issue is lack of paper receipts (they require personal info to get a receipt), and they charge a fee for using a modern payment method.
The food and beverage quality is better than average, especially for the valley, but you are paying a high premium for that quality. Definitely expensive for the quality, but with few other options in the valley, it's expected.

I love Ladder Coffee! It’s my go-to for beans (has been for years), usually making my own drinks at home. The tiramisu latte, though, is SO DELICIOUS I am finding excuses to go get coffee. Tasha has done an AMAZING job. Seriously, check it out. I like it hot but it’s intended to be cold. Either way, it’s one of the best lattes I have ever had!!
