You guys have good Brisket I will say that..... But being a bbq place.... how the hell do you run out of Brisket? Like that's your guy's signature. Just seems a little silly but I guess it can happen. Another thing is someone needs to figure out the ribs because they are always over cooked and Dry. You have to drink a gallon of bbq sauce in order to even chew it.
Salad bar cant believe beat.

We had buffet and it was hot, fresh and very gopd
good.
From salads to beans to pork ribs and sausage all the food was outstanding.
The service was great, drinks refreshed often , we lacked for nothing at all.
The building is north woods lodge with lots of wood and that brings a great atmosphere.
Great place, we will be back...
