Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Saturday at 3:00 pm with no many customers. Was told by waitress that they needed to catch up so we waited 10 minutes and left to eat at another establishment. Extremely poor service!!

Where to start. The bathrooms were horrendous! They have not been cleaned in so long the bottom of the toilet was orange from urine build up. There was greasy fingerprints all over the walls and doors. The floor was filthy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for at least two years. The pizza that was ordered for our birthday party was Almost inedible. One of the pizzas we ordered called the Hillyard was tasteless except for the siracha and It was supposed to have chicken. I didn't see or taste any and there was hardly any cheese at all on it. Never again. The bathrooms alone would make even the strongest of stomachs clench up. Sad to see this since the other location was acceptable other than a few cranky servers.

Disappointing Service Experience

My family and I have been coming here every week for quite some time, and it has become a family tradition that we truly enjoy. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been very disappointing due to the decline in customer service.

During our last visit, we were seated and waited for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. While waiting, we noticed several other tables and families who arrived after us being attended to before we were. We eventually approached a waiter to ask for assistance, but instead of addressing our concerns, we were met with an unprofessional attitude and were simply told that another waiter would be notified. Even after that, no one came to assist us.

After waiting even longer without any service, we decided to leave. As loyal customers who visit regularly, this experience was very frustrating and disappointing. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests receive the level of service that customers should expect.

Walked in with a group of friends. Asked for a table for 7 was told it would be a 30 minute wait. We decided it was worth the wait. After 30 minutes the receptionist came out and told us it would be another 30 minute wait until we could get a table

We then asked if we could just order to go and we were told that would be an hour wait until our food would be ready. Completely unacceptable

We ordered a supreme pizza for lunch and there was hardly any sausage and pepperoni on it. Some olives, mushrooms but mostly peppers and onions. That was the worst pizza ever.

Everything was great except for Tyson, management.. The way he can treat the employees is sad, know one deserves to be treated less then and yelled at.

Carnivore pizza was excellent and Diablo pizza was great not super spicy.
