First, my order was mixed up with the car that was in front of me. They got my order & I was 'about to' get theirs. Second, my chicken nuggets were not fresh. They looked & tasted like they were from the day before.

Went with some friends yesterday, probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We had to go through a few times and met the best McDonald’s worker ever. Shoutout Brayden, he was super sweet and very patient with us as we had to go through the drive through a few times. The food was legit, and the staff were super nice. Love y’all, will be back someday 🫶🫶

This was probably the best McDonalds experience I’ve had. I don’t often go to this location but I definitely will be coming back!! Had to go through the drive-thru a couple more times than was probably efficient but the employee at the first window was such a delight! Brayden was really an outstanding worker and was extremely patient!!! He brightened our day. Quality service and great ranch!! I will be back for more chicken nuggets believe me!

oh my goodness is all i have to say. i went through the drive through and have never been met with such amazing courteous service. i received my order in no time and i had an especially pleasant encounter with an employee named brayden. outstanding work brayden. he was so kind and you could tell he was working hard to get my 10 piece mcnuggets out to me as fast as he could. 11/10 experience thank you for the ranch brayden.

Just did a pickup order here after ordering through the app. Happy Meal came with no toy and the sauces were wrong. I should've checked before leaving but I figured someone who is employed here would've double checked the order. I'll order from the other locations in the Valley after this.

Drive thru order got messed up. I went inside to get it fixed and no one even came to the counter to help me. 4 employees and the manager looked at me several times from the fry area and never asked if I needed help, just blatantly ignored me. Horrible service! Do better!
Ordered 2 ice cream sundays from here just now and got a joke of an order instead. What is this portion for 3$!? I’d rather go to Wendy’s get more for less

5 stars because the workers were as fast as they could be even though they were SLAMMED. I was there Tuesday evening and there was an awful woman there bitching how she didn't get her fries, then when she did literally a minute later, snatched the bag and walked off without a word- so apologies to who had to deal with her disrespectful attitude. I work customer service so I get those types a LOT. Appreciate you guys.
