Got my order wrong twice, then would not give me a straw because he said it was in the bag........the bag that was in my hand and had not pulled into the truck yet? He asked to check my bag as if I was attempting to steal an additional straw. I told him I knew what a straw looked like and opened the bag for him to inspect. He looked disgusted as he was unable to find a straw in the bag either. He begrudgingly handed me a straw, I then told him thanks for not giving me the one behind your ear.

This is for the McDonald’s on Broadway and Sullivan. Idk if he is new seems like I have only seen him recently in the last month or two but his name is Blaine and he is very nice always so pleasant willing to go above and beyond and just actually seems happy to help you unlike some of the other employees that work there. I have 3 kids so I’m at McDonald’s a lot actually every Thursday we get take out and of course my kids always pick McDonald’s and I’m always happy when I seen Blaine bring out our food my 4 year old always asks him what his name is and he doesn’t just ignore him like most… he actually engages with him and makes him feel heard! Keep it up Blaine!

Typical McDonalds, very clean, great Mcdonalds food, service was quick but I was the only one there right then and the atmosphere was good old McDonalds! U.S.A. A-100% all the way : ) Thank you for being consistant, that says a lot.

Walked in and tried to order like we have been ordering for 70 years from a store representative. Was asked to use the kiosk… I replied I’d rather not. No attempt was made take my order traditionally. The kiosks are slow, lack functional support and are lacking a connection to the store. I don’t eat McDonald’s often and this adds to the many reasons I don’t patronize this establishment.

Ordered food on app, still stuck waiting for 20 min and then there was an issue with with one of the items and they had to do the dreaded pull up and wait more while the rest of the food gets cold. 3 more cars got their food before i got the last burger. McDonald's continues to disappoint even when the bar is so low.

McDonald's is one of my favorite places to eat but food here was not that great
Food was decent but it’s McDonald’s so what do you expect but it took 15 minutes to get my order so I went up after eating to see how long it takes to get an ice cream cone and that took 10 minutes and I wish I was exaggerating. Sierra was taking the order up front and I think she might not be the best hire. She just goes back and chats with others. After 8 minutes of waiting for the ice cream cone she comes up and asks if anyone just got a large ice cream cone… ummm 🤔 you literally just took my order (granted it was 8 minutes earlier). It’s fast food not a sit down restaurant. I ended up spending like 45 minutes there in total. I don’t go to McDonald’s to spend 45 minutes in a greasy establishment. Get your act together and maybe don’t have Sierra taking the orders and if she can’t do anything else then maybe consider a replacement.

People are nice but the building designs Mc Donald’s is going for now are really dull and depressing, make them bright again and ppl will want to dine in more.
