This location is consistently slow, even for the simplest orders like drinks. I’m almost always asked to pull forward and wait, which makes the drive-thru feel pointless. Based on almost all of my experiences and what many other customers have shared in reviews, there seems to be an ongoing issue with efficiency and staffing. This McDonald’s seriously needs better organization and management, because the service is frustrating and unreliable.

Extremely rude and passive aggressive manager treating patient customers like they are the problem. This is the worst McDonald’s in the area in terms of customer service and quality of food, not to mention the poor attitude of the manager.

Horrid timing. Expect to wait 15-35 minutes for your food at this “fast” food restaurant. Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive thru or inside, they’re horribly slow. I usually pre order on the app and go through the drive thru, and repeatedly have to pull up to their pick up here sign and wait 10+ minutes after already waiting 15-25 min in their drive thru line.

Food is average for what you expect McDonald's to be.
Service is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes I order literally just a shake and it seems I am in the drive thru forever, but if I order 3 meals with different items and drinks it is super fast. Not always but you get the idea. To their credit I have not had an order wrong in a while.
This McDonald's is probably the worst in Spokane they had us waiting for 30 minutes for only two double cheeseburgers , when we finally got the food it was ice cold so my boyfriend went in and told them it was ridiculous we had to wait 30 minutes for cold food which it was , they wanted to argue with him and call him a liar , this McDonald's has a terrible crew with a terrible attitude this isn't my first bad experience at this location.

Bad experience due to poor service. I use the drive-through because it’s supposed to be faster, but I got stuck in a line that didn’t move. I finally just ordered a coffee, and after paying they told me they were going to take a while, and asked me to park around the corner and wait. After almost 10 minutes, I got out of my vehicle and went inside the store. I waited even longer for an employee to show up, who finally asked about my coffee after I explained that I was told to wait. The coffee was there, ready, but no one had brought it out. All I got was a “sorry.” Terrible service and customer care.

This location keeps forgetting food in our bags. I know it’s on me for not checking better, but again, both happy meals were missing all chicken nuggets. So frustrating to get home and have disappointed kids. This has been at least the 3rd time they missed items.
