Never been able to order food, but every time I want a 32oz Pacifico, the old skinny blonde woman is behind the bar and refuses service over nothing, she makes up her own reasons not to serve me or my friends on the fly. I have never interacted with a more petty and arrogant bartender here in Spokane valley. I’m starting to feel that she is just holding a grudge against us because we still try to come back to enjoy the atmosphere and prices but she has no real reason to 86 us.. she ruins this bar and needs to be fired.. as a bartender you need to put your miserable feelings to the side and stop ruining things for ppl just because nobody enjoys your presence.. she also looks like the ms. Beans character from rango with her awkward stare she gives people that she doesn’t like.

I’ve been here a few times now and I really do enjoy this hole-in-the-wall bar. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for one bartender who I’ve never had a positive interaction wit. I have dreaded ever ordering anything there because of that older bartender to avoid any interactions with he because she has terrible service.

The old Betty behind the bar needs to retire or get her pantys refreshed. She refused to serve our friend for no reason. She wasn’t even the one making our drinks. She needs to stop projecting.
At last call we should get one more drink, That’s the reason for last call. But old Betty stepped in again to project her bias.
My second time coming here and brought a group of 8 all together and we were the only 3 singled out by the elderly.
We won’t be recommending this place to anybody.
Nice atmosphere, but very biased by an elderly worker. And yes this is may sound biased against the elderly, but facts are facts.

so I was there playing pool tabs and then I asked for a go cup for the rest of my drink. They got rude and snippy and said oh no we can’t do that. That’s illegal. No it is not. Jay Ansley passed a law that says you can get a go cup for your drinks in Washington state as long as you put it in your trunk or away from the driver and with no straw and a top on it they stopped talking to me. They were rude and I actually showed them a google.gov and they said we don’t believe Google. We don’t believe anything that’s on the Internet. We don’t believe any of that Even the customer sitting next to me was super rude. I like the monkey bar, but as soon as I asked them for something that they didn’t know anything about and would not acknowledge it was rude attack so I love you monkey bar, but your patrons are rude
Vegetarian options: I had the eggrolls which were very very tasty
Meghan saved my night, she reached out & helped me with what could have been a very dire situation...a blessed soul & a well behaved dog! TYSM!! yet another stranger there: sammi.... well lets say miss leading... and very - IfuknowU Know. But, life will handle itself-
Kid-friendliness: The old staff totally felt my kid/ hanicap warmess for my little brother who is down syndrome! Welcoming honest folk!
