Placed an online order for pick up... I ordered 2 entree with soup and Bread sticks with a side alfredo..
I had a total of 12 bread sticks in our order, and ALL of bread sticks on both ends were very hard and dry and unedible... The middles
were kind of soft. To the bottoms were dark brown and looked burnt .. Reached out to olive garden via email as I was not able to get thru to a manager

Our waiter Thoren was very friendly and attentive. We had a very good experience for lunch.
Kid-friendliness: I brought 2 of my granddaughters with me. They were very satisfied.
