Customer service was great. Food was awful. Got food poisoning after eating orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and fried rice.

Food is always great, always have great looking tables even the bathrooms are not bad, but today we went for late lunch 230pm an wow all I can say is WTH happened we had a great person helping then the next gal had something else going on. We even had to bag our own food no fortune cookies an no thank you come again or anything, but she was sure in a hurry to help the people after us. Sorry I'm an older mix gal an im not the pretty white girls that was next in line an my kids were not that. I felt like wow they got the cookies an the whole thanks an come agin stuff. I was really disappointed in this girl.

3rd time that my order is not ready at the promised time still had to wait 15 min more the point of ordering online is for no wait time. I always pay for the utensils and bag and I never get the bag why charge for it if they won't even give it you after you paid for it. This was one of the best panda to go to but not anymore.

Great employees and great food. My grandpa and I came here for a quick meal and it was definitely worth it. Not to mention this adorable little panda you can get to help the Panda Cares fund. Will 100% be coming here again.

Just ordered some Panda through Uber Eats. Fried rice had a very weird aftertaste I haven't experienced from this location before, it was actually disgusting. The egg roll was awful as well, tasted like old oil. The orange chicken was good. The teriyaki chicken wasn't cut up at all. All in all, I'm very disappointed in this meal and will be giving my business to Noodle Express from here on out.

I visit this place often and I usually don’t mind not getting more proteins on my orders. Like tonight I asked for broccoli beef and chicken green beans, what I got was broccoli and green beans. Same with when I ask for peppered steak and it’s an up charge. Very disappointing.
