Management here isn’t what it was. They said it would be 4 min wait on fried rice and I had to go back in after it had been almost 20 min!! Filled out a survey on the receipt also so they can do better during lunch rush.

They are always busy and the food is good but sometimes the drive up is so busy they can hardly keep up. The people have always been great!
My only gripe this past visit, change. I tend to pay with cash and the bill was $22.11. My change from 25 bones was $2.85. I get it, the stopped making pennies but according to Google, there are still about 114 billion in circulation so why short me 4 cents? The rules of rounding would dictate my change should have been $2.90. If you are in such a hurry to kill the penny, at least don't use it as an excuse to cheat on change.

This place is horrible. Ive watched the manager stand over his employees shoulders to make sure they don't serve too much. I uber eats food last time and it was 25.00. When you food arrived it. Was.weak. super small amounts and way too many noodles. You're panda express... not some fancy place. Its not what it used to be. Add something other than rice, chow mein, and 3 tablespoons of protein.

None of their food has Gluten free options. When ask they were very rude and not considerate why can't eat their food. No I'm sorry we don't have gluten free here. I thought it was certain food was not clear all their food is saturated with soy sauce which has wheat in it. Very disrespectful not buying my family any more if this food.

This place needs a manager that knows how to run a food line properly. Workers seem confused as to who is doing what, service should be extremely fast in this environment but sadly it's one of the slowest fast food restaurants around

Mistake was made on a delivery and staff not only fix the mistake, but also delivered themselves. Very much appreciative of the gentleman that helped me.
Food seemed old, the crew is friendly but hardly understand English and can't wait to get you out. The atmosphere is not relaxing enough to stay n enjoy your food.
