The portions were kind of small. I had to ask for a bigger portion, and I don't understand why this location in the valley is like that. Everywhere else I've ever been to Panda Express, they give out great portions and they gave you your money's worth, but for some reason, here at the Spokane valley off of Broadway, it was just Different i'm going

My only gripe this past visit, change. I tend to pay with cash and the bill was $22.11. My change from 25 bones was $2.85. I get it, the stopped making pennies but according to Google, there are still about 114 billion in circulation so why short me 4 cents? The rules of rounding would dictate my change should have...
