I walked in and immediately was greeted by the worker at the register. While ordering Kaden was extremely patient and kind while I asked questions about the menu. My meal was AMAZING!

I came into this establishment once to pickup a food delivery for a customer.
When I arrived there were about 6 or 7 employees working and they all looked at me but refused to acknowledge me or assist me.
After waiting 10 minutes I asked an associate walking by to check on my customers order- she told me they didn’t have the order . I called my partner company and informed them the merchant claimed not to receive the customers order and it should be cancelled- when they employee heard this she came over and told me that they had found the order and were working on it so I relayed that information to my partner company.
AS SOON AS I HUNG UP THE PHONE the employee proceeds to be like yeah we actually don’t have it and I had to call my partner company again to cancel the customers order.
All the people working here are absolute jokes. There is no professionalism, there is no customer care or consideration and they have no problem lying to your face and creating chaos for their own entertainment. The manager is just as bad if not worse than the rest of the employees here.

I'm handicapped so I use the drive thru. I ordered two large salads and two whole sandwiches. The person at the speaker talked real fast, so repeated to make sure getting what I ordered. Got to the window and asked to repeat again what I ordered because also price was high. He repeated again. When I got home I had 3 whole sandwiches and 1 salad. My order # is 1398274, supposedly Abby. I'm a panera member, 40262. I'm really disappointed in the service that I got and was hoping my husband would of got the Italian salad, but got a ham sandwich instead. I for sure not stopping at the Spokane valley restaurant. I would like a response please. Thank you. My poppyseed salad was good though.

I got a half southwest salad and a citrus drink. The drink was okay but the salad was made with what seemed to be chicken out of a can, there was hardly any dressing, no flavor, the veges were okay but for what I paid I could have gotten a killer salad at Wendy's. The piece of bread was out of a grocery store and wasn't warmed up and no butter was offered. Not worth it. The atmosphere was not comfortable either.
