We received in the mail a voucher for a free large 2 topping pizza. We thought thats awesome, and thats nice how they are welcoming us to the neighborhood. We had never had Pizza Rita, so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered the pizza, and it took 15 minutes to make the pizza. When we ate the pizza, we found a hair in the pizza it was either red or turned red due to it cooking. The crust tasted store bought, and the cheese stopped 2 inches from the edge.

We recently tried Pizza Rita for the first time and were seriously impressed. The service was great—our order arrived right on time, piping hot and incredibly fresh. We got the All Meat, BBQ Chicken, and Laguna La Bomba pizzas, and each one was delicious. Honestly, I wish we had discovered this place a long time ago. It’s officially our new go-to for pizza!

Grew up with this place every time we went to the library nearby. It has definitely been an amazing place to get pizza with tons of good memories. Amazing pizza and great service. Would definitely recommend it if you don't mind a little grease on your pizza. Definitely a must try location and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Terrible. This used to be a great pizza source. Last two pies have been sparse on toppings with barely any cheese and cut extremely unevenly, not into the crust at all. I end up having to recut the whole thing over, but still disappointed by the poor quality of the product before they fail to cut it.
If this place was purchazed by a Domino's owner, it shows. Very poor value.

We love to order pizza from this place. We just go pick it up instead of delivery or eating at the restaurant. But always friendly and very good food. Great prices. We probably eat here twice a month or so

We were in town for a basketball tournament and decided on pizza for dinner. We got a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with cheese bread on the side, it was soooo good! And that pesto dipping sauce was AMAZING! Our experience was great and customer service was A1. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Update they have still not refunded the $100 worth of pizza that never showed up.
Was charged $95 for pizza that was not delivered and not refunded. That was on April 1st they charged it and this company has not made it good with me yet and today is the 25th. Poor management when they have my address and can’t mail a refund check. Buyer beware very shady business practices

Great service they are very helpful and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable for a fresh pizza. Did a large half pepperoni and half special hawaiian came out to $21 & some change. Also included 2 fountain drinks. No inside sitting just outside. Wish the cheese and sauce had a bit more flavor overall great pizza Chicago style. Will be back
