“My kids and I love this place. Staff is always friendly. Pretzels are always good. Store is always busy so I tend to order on the app and it’s much faster. Glad they have the app. For the person crying over paying .25 cents for water, go find a drinking fountain if you don’t want to pay a quarter for water. The people ordering 30 mins before closing, don’t go last minute maybe? Great store overall!“

“Got some Carmel apples as a gift and they ended up being bad on the inside. I had bought many before and never had this issue and loved them so I emailed Julie and I got a reply less than 30 minutes after the email. She was incredibly kind and apologetic and asked to send us replacements. Amazing customer service with the best Carmel apples I’ve found. I will %100 be buying many more in the future!!!“
