I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place has gone down hill. We ordered a chicken strip basket and a fish sandwich. The Chicken strips looked like the cheapest store brand, and was dry. The fish was like the old tasteless fish sticks in a patty, again lowest quality very low quality on both. Got a large fry and a large drink all was 30 bucks. Very disappointing. Is it really that hard these days to get some decent food, people would even pay a little more for real food. Does the owner really care?

Last two visits husband’s broasted chicken raw! Showed worker and when he got it back it was burnt and inedible! Both times! This visit our daughter was in town craving Ron’s. Never dining here again! Large fry barely larger than the small! My corndog was warm not hot. Gal at counter not friendly! The reviewer that mentioned DQ is better value for your money and tastes better was spot on! And is just up the road on Pines! Ron’s has lost another loyal customer! I have been coming here since I was a kid and I’m now 69! Good bye Ron’s!

First visit. Went through drive through. My biggest issue was being handed the bag in which my tenders and fries were in a tray, on their side. Went everywhere even before opening. The tenders were not great. Much of the breading was over cooked and hollow, leading to a crunchy gross experience at the edge of the strips. The BBQ sauce is the same as Zips, not amazing. The fries were ok. Just go to Dairy Queen and get the same thing, but with a dessert included, for 7.30 instead of 15.50. Their crispy chicken is actually crispy. One star was added back because I got an extra BBQ on top of what I ordered, and the server told me as I was handed the bag that they were in there so I didn’t have to check.

Everything is always freshly made and the staff lately has been spectacular. I seriously am so impressed that I want to go back and take pictures to show everyone how this food is so much better than Zips could ever be. I stopped going to other fast food chains because the food got really gross and didn’t even taste good.
Ron’s goes the EXTRA MILE in how they make food. You won’t regret going here, I promise.

Ive been going here for 50yrs. Hamburger was bland, bun was dried out and hard. Fries were cold and very small portion. I forgot why I quit going there. I’ll go to Applebees or Red Robin for the price I paid here and get decent food. This is dreadful, would not recommend
Every time I visit my family in Spokane I swing through Ron's. The tarter sauce is my favorite of all time.

Update as of may 3rd. Not giving 5 stars anymore large fry is the size of what used to be the small. Just don't get fries man. Oh there was a hooker as well in the eating area so that was neat

Highly disappointed. Used to be my go to place to get fries, but now their what used to be an amazing large fry is now small and the small is like and extra small. I wouldn’t be surprised if customers go elsewhere because of this poor management decision. Won’t be coming here anymore
