We had a family emergency and needed food as we realized we hadn't eaten all morning and we're hungry. So list in hand I headed out to Ron's for a lot of food. Staff were friendly and welcoming, let me check the list a couple times. Offered a lot of things I didn't think about, drink trays and sauces. When my order was ready they even offered me a hand out to the car carrying items. I don't remember the names of who was on staff but they were so kind....
Dine in on 05/11/26 around 2:20 pm. Thank you to the gentleman cashier that took our order and the young woman who DELIVERED our order to our table. It was efficient service with a wonderful politeness that is sorely lacking in the service industry. Food was very good too. Hit the spot. Love onion rings. Thank you.
I suppose let’s start off with the drive-through. The young gal taking drive-through orders seem to have nails longer than her own fingers, and skipped giving back 3 pennies. Yes, I know at this point in our economy I get they aren’t going to be existing anyways. It’s the principle. While the fish felt and tasted fresh, it seems to be smaller portions than they have in the past, with minimal fries as well. Bummed the fish made the fries soggy underneath.
