Valentine's day did order, got there walked inside 1 hour before close. She cancels the order, another person also had the issue.

My wife went to pick us up subs and my sandwich was made really weirdly. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch on flatbread and they made a wrap instead. Since when has a footlong on flatbread been a wrap? They charged the same price but only out in half of the ingredients.

Closing early for no reason more nights than not is ridiculous. If your hours say 8pm, then STAY OPEN UNTIL 8, NOT CLOSE AT 7:30! Franchise owners will be contacted at this point, as this isn't the only store doing this!

Staff was super friendly and we laughed during the entire process. The store was clean and the music was lit. But above all my sandwich here is always poppin’. I usually have the tall funny guy with tats but Chris the new guy and Nina were amazing and that’s why as a huge fan of subway and a service guy that drive all over town and out of town and eats at every location I always prefer this location to any other. However generally the store off Trent is a close second.

I went in with my Service dog in training and got denied services as soon as I walked in cause I was holding my dog for a split minute before I put him down. It was 83 outside which means the ground is 100+ (To Hot for the paws to be touching. I let her know he was in training and she still denied me even though I set him down and sat down cause I was shaking. My dog was doing his job for me and she called crime check. When I tried asking why she still denied and said a barking dog is no service dog when he was barking due to my anxiety attack and was ignoring his signs. I feel like this store needs to have more education and needs to understand. Not to mention clean their lobby as there was food all over the ground.

Ordered a footlong philly cheese steak & got well basically a vegetable sandwich! Called to complain she argued with me & when I asked her name she laughed & hung up! Last time I will eat there! Go elsewhere this place is horrible

i was in there earlier today and i got told that they dont have bread because they were out. One of the employees told me that there truck arrives every tuesday. sometimes the truck is at the store early and sometimes not. as far as not having the bread the customer service is great. i have met chris and sometimes she can be rude. the employee that works in the mornings when i am there is the best member of staff to talk to. she understands what customers need, she has a positive attitude, and she has a smile on her face. i hope one of these days the manager will promote her to assistant manager or something.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Walked in at 6pm. Absolutely no bread, no meatballs and they don't close until 9pm. This about the 7/8 the time at multiple locations that has no meatballs at different times of day, and to have absolutely no bread when you're open for another 3 hours and you're literally a sandwich shop is a bit ridiculous.. work ethic sucks these days. Thank God killer burger is next door and always amazing.

Last Tuesday, I had a very unpleasant experience with a very hasty and disrespectful employee of this branch and thought about never coming back again. I went back in today and The management was wonderful. But the employee named Chris should not be serving customers for Subway!!!

Ordered lunch on Tuesday from Chris the sandwich maker and her attitude was harsh and abrasive and very short with me and made me feel like I shouldn't be there ordering lunch from her, I felt like I should have left and never came back

Edit: I went in and got 2/3 sandwiches I had ordered but the manager was beyond rude!! Claiming she did not hang up on me but jokes on her because all my phone calls are recorded and you can literally hear her say “ok bye” and nothing after that! I told her I contacted the owner and she said great thank you so much. Extremely stuck up. I felt extremely discriminated against especially because she was being extra friendly to the 2 guys that were in the store. Will never ever go back. I can’t even explain how pissed I am at being treated this way. I would appreciate an apology but I doubt the manager even knows how to do that. Seriously should be ashamed of herself for treating people this way.

Made an online order today 6/5. Shows it went through online, money was taken out of the account, I wanted to double check that all 3 orders went through so I called the store, I wish I had gotten the employees name but it was a female. Anyways I asked about the 3 orders and she told me no orders have come through and I’ll get a refund in 24 hours that there was nothing else she could do she’s very busy and then I get HUNG UP ON!!!!!!!!! Who the hell does this person think they are??? If I hung up on a customer EVER I would be fired. Subway should seriously consider firing her. So I spent $30 on sandwiches and I get no sandwiches terrible customer service and I’m out $30. Thanks for nothing. Fix your online system and fix your awful employee who hangs up on customers. I’m appalled.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service experience. Ordered online and came into the restaurant to wait. They proceeded to completely ignore mobile orders and take every customer that kept walking in. Cool. So I stand in line because I figure at least I can order my food and leave quicker. When I get to the counter and explain I have an online order and I’d just like to have it made, the gentleman rudely replied that it’s a Friday and they’re busy… as if I should continue to wait while they feed the entirety of Spokane valley. The woman with too much eyeliner starts mouthing off to the other customers about me and I just say I hope your shift gets easier ma’am. I attempted to give the gentleman $5 (left it ontop of the salad bar) but he walked away without saying anything. When I asked for the managers contact info they refused to give it and eyeliner lady claimed she wasn’t afraid of repercussions because she was best friends of 31 years with the “manager”. I wonder how she’d act without the counter separating us?
