Order was sloppy and rushed; cheese was completely missing despite me asking for it loud and clear, but I got charged for the extra cheese that wasn't on my sandwich anyway. Can't get a refund because you're not given the receipt by default and have to specifically ask for a copy like you're expecting to need it.
This is the first time I've had my order screwed up like this, despite coming here several times. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon after this.

Went in to grab a sub and they were out of half the stuff, they made my sandwich very messily and completely dowsed my bread in oil and vinegar. It was leaking out of the wrapper and the bread turned soggy because of how much she poured in it. When she put veggies on it, she overflowed it with so much lettuce that it didn’t close either??? I never asked for so much veggies and she wrapped it anyways. So when I went to open it I had a soggy sandwich with veggies all over the side and bottom of my sandwich. She didn’t cut it in half, instead she literally only cut it for one side to be 1/4 of the sandwixh, aim better next time for it to be cut in half- we also got four cookies and when we had grabbed to eat them, THEY WERE RAWWWWW THEY WERE RAW!!! What the flip??? They also had the dining room lights off as if they were closed, when I first came I thought they were until I looked it up and saw they were still open. Why turn off the lights 2 hours before closing? The floor was sticky next to the soda machines as well, my shoes should not be sticking onto the ground as much as they did. When was the floors last time cleaned?

Put in an online order today around 5:15 as they were supposed to close at 7. My boyfriend went in at about 5:45 to pick it up and there was a sign saying they closed at 6 today. The girl inside asked if he saw the sign, asked why he was still there, told him she can’t serve him anything, and that she’s about to close the second he stepped in the door. He just walked up and grabbed our order and the girl started apologizing. Rude as hell. If getting off at 6pm is an issue she shouldn’t work at a subway.

Valentine's day did order, got there walked inside 1 hour before close. She cancels the order, another person also had the issue.
My wife went to pick us up subs and my sandwich was made really weirdly. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch on flatbread and they made a wrap instead. Since when has a footlong on flatbread been a wrap? They charged the same price but only out in half of the ingredients.

Closing early for no reason more nights than not is ridiculous. If your hours say 8pm, then STAY OPEN UNTIL 8, NOT CLOSE AT 7:30! Franchise owners will be contacted at this point, as this isn't the only store doing this!

Staff was super friendly and we laughed during the entire process. The store was clean and the music was lit. But above all my sandwich here is always poppin’. I usually have the tall funny guy with tats but Chris the new guy and Nina were amazing and that’s why as a huge fan of subway and a service guy that drive all over town and out of town and eats at every location I always prefer this location to any other. However generally the store off Trent is a close second.
