I was hesitant to try this place due to how cheap taco Tuesday is at another local chain. I’m glad I tried it, everything is of much higher quality, the street tacos aren’t just onions and cilantro as filler, they’re a topping like they should be. The carne asada is delicious and tender, the chili rellenos are the best I’ve ever had, the hibiscus tea is really good too (don’t really have a benchmark for the tea as it’s the first time I’ve had it).

It's a food truck, but it's a food truck beyond the norm. I had a fish taco that was the best I've ever had. Freshly grilled whitefish and seasoned well. Not too spicy. I'll definitely be back over and over to El Guero

I can’t believe I have forgotten to rate my favorite taco truck! I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint! All my salon girls love coming here on lunch breaks as well. I always say, if I get married they have to cater my wedding 🤣 seriously though, family owned and I absolutely adore this guys. The carne asada street tacos are my go-to & my son loves the horchata! 🤞🏼 10/10
